They were very helpful, familiar with the area and gave good advise where to eat and things to see. If you scuba or free dive--this is the place to be. The B&B was not well maintained, and onwers seem to be laid back but nice people. Negetives: The B&B smelled of marijuana, my room was not properly lit, remote and tap did not work and garden was in bad shape. Positives: Great breakfast and nice people. We later realized a lot of guests staying had high motivation for getting MJ.

My husband and I enjoyed the didjerdoo inn and will definitely return. Our room had an outdoor entrance and was very quiet, clean and comfortable with a nice soaking tub. The location is wonderful - on Main Street near all the shops. Charles made a spectacular breakfast of eggs, sausages, blueberry pancakes, etc.

Comfortable welcoming B&B. Unless your room is on the main floor, be prepared to climb lots of stairs! Our room (#66) was spacious with lots of great light from 2 large windows and a gas fireplace. Met interesting international guests while enjoying a delicious breakfast. (No decaf coffee)

We spent our anniversary in this lovely old Bed and Breakfast, the room was very sweet, with fireplace, 4 poster bed and jacuzzi tub. The proprietors are very sweet and attentive. The breakfast is rich. The other guests are nice. I would go back there.

This beautiful Victorian cottage was delightful and our front room with the four poster and fireplace was so cozy. We very much enjoyed our weekend stay and the Inn hosts were delightful. However I have to say that the breakfast were incredible and the highlight of the stay.

This is a pretty plain B&B, and frankly, it could use a little TLC on the grounds. But the proprietors are wonderful. They were very solicitous and helpful, but without "hovering" over you- you can have as much contact or as little contact with the owners and guests as you like. I have heard the breakfasts are fabulous; but unfortunately I had to miss […] my chance at that. The owners are very kind, caring folks, and the prices are very reasonable. There are fancier B&B's in Mendocino, but the costs can be quite high. If you are going to be walking about Mendocino, this B&B is very well located, and if you want to get down to the beaches, again, best location. This is a lovely small town, and the Dreamtime Inn is a very good value at a great location. Much better to stay here than at Ft. Bragg. Friendly folks, and Dreamtime Inn is dog friendly. I felt totally comforable while I was there. Charles and his wife who run the in are awesome. There is a totally positive vibe in the Inn. It felt like home while I was there!

We found the location on Hotels.com, and reserved the night based upon the unique name and the great price. We arrived in the pitch black night, and realized that while it wasn't necessarily clear that it was a BnB, it was in fact a BnB. We were greeted by Charles when we went in, and Tina and Eileen when we returned from the local pub later that night. […] This building is a 1880's Victorian home, that has all the accompanying building characteristics of that era. The room was well appointed, although the shower was small. The bed was comfortable and warm and the room had charm. The breakfast was fantastic, Eileen cooked a huevos rancheros, as well as a quinoa recipe for breakfast which was a pleasant surprise from the normal sugary waffle. The coffee was great and the personality of Eileen, Tina and Charles made our morning start off perfectly. Thank you very much for our serendipitous good time. This was a business / couples trip. This hotel was great not so fancy but good for an overnighter. Breakfast at 9:00 in the morning. Delicious!! I would definetly go back there again.

We didn't get the room we booked through hotels.com because the room wasn't available. They gave us a different room, the TV and heat werent working in the room. They apologized for the error and were very accommodating and promised us a discount if we stay there next time. It'd have been nice to get a discount for that stay itself. I guess that this is a relatively new B&B and the name was inviting (the meditation part anyway). The pictures were inviting and the location seemed great. We arrived in Mendocino early and did a little looking around before heading over to the Inn. We got there at about 3:00. Upon entering we were greeted by the strong smell of cannibus or maybe a […] really stinky tea (but I'm pretty sure it wasn't tea) but not by any staff. There were two people in the main room but it took a while to notice that we were there. Maybe it was the tea. After a little confusion we were shown our room. Our room was pretty and clean and the smell of the "tea" was fairly faint but still noticeable. Our room was on the first floor which presented a couple of issues. The first is that this is a really old home and the walls and doors are very thin. Being right by the main entry way, you can hear everything and very clearly. I would assume then that everything from inside the room could be heard just as clearly in the entryway. There was another issue with privacy in that you could not fully cover the windows. The dressings are pretty but they are hard to get to cover the windows entirely and there is a walkway right outside the windows. We caoa very good view of the people who were walking outside out window, six inches away from our window. Not so romantic. There is no information in your room regarding room service, the television channels, the amnetities offered or the details about breakfast in the morning. Staff is hard to recognize and the morning was a little chaotic. The breakfast was served buffet style and there were a few chairs and couches for you to dine at, no tables though. The food was not great and my wife and I chose to eat out at a restaurant after trying the breakfast. I suppose that this place could be a lot better if the staff was more professional. At first I was hesitant since they had no website or Yelp reviews and their prices were too good to be true. We decided to take a chance and were very happy. Charles and Mary were very nice people (I barely saw/talked to Miranda but she was also nice). The breakfasts were amazing and saved us a ton of money from dining out. The walls are thin but what […] do you expect from a 140 year old house? Luckily nobody was noisy. Our dog, Twinkie, was very welcomed and we weren't charged an outrageous $50 per day fee to bring her. My wife enjoyed the 30 minute massage that was included with the stay. Avoid the Chevron accross the street ($5.70 a gallon! for premium). If you can make it 10 miles further to Fort Bragg, the prices last week were only $3.65 for premium. I will definitely return! Our hosts were friendly and welcoming. breakfast was amazing with the best bacon I have ever tasted. Our room was really cosy and we slept really well, with a log fire and the sound of the ocean outside our window.

The current management is trying to improve an old Victorian Home into a good Bed and Breakfast. The bed was comfortable, the management interested, the food needs to be improved, the free 30 massage was not up to professional level, the room did not have a chair to sit on, it did have computer access and our room was not cleaned the second day. We thoroughly enjoyed a weekend stay in this historic Inn, where we were graciously received by two very interesting and friendly hosts, Charles and Mary. The owners are the sweetest people. They cooked us breakfast each morning, and we sat at a table with other guests and had great conversation. What a nice way to start off the day! Would stay here again. My wife and I had a lovely time in Mendecino, and the Didgeridoo was a terrific place. The owners were very friendly and helpful, the house is beautiful, it's easy to walk everywhere in town, and parking on the street is free. Breakfast every morning was delicious, healthy and homemade. We'd gladly go back, and hope to soon.

It was a wonderful place to stay. The staff was so friendly. The location is one block away from the water and downtown. Highly recommend.

This was a very unique and comfortable B&B. All of the guests ate a delicious homecooked breakfast together which made it feel like a home away from home. The bedrooms are a good size with beautiful furniture. We thought the jacuzzi bath was a nice touch.

Beautiful hotel with a homely atmosphere.....my husband and me had gone for our 5th marriage anniversary to Mendocino and it was a relaxing hotel with lovely homemade organic breakfast cooked by the owner himself. He also gifted us a yummilicious chocolate cake on our anniversary and i have been talking about the hotel to all my friends. My mom and I went for a getaway and this was such a great hotel. The owners were very helpful with anything we needed, the complimentary organic breakfast was AMAZING! And the hotel has a homey feel like you're staying with old family friends at their house.

We checked into the Didjeridoo Dreamtime Inn at 2:00 p.m. in the afternoon. As we walked into the inn, the innkeeper screamed as if she was not accustomed to hotel guests! I sweetly said "hello, we are checking in" and she rudely replied "no, you are not" I guess jokingly. The inn offers friendly service in the heart of Mendocino. The building is approx 140 years old so some of the rooms are small with basic amenities. This is really a bed and breakfast. It is in a solid old house filled with antiques and old oak furniture. We We loved our room, on the second floor looking out over the perennial-filled front yard. The bed was high enough that my feet dangled. Other rooms were less grand, and the bathrooms were small, with tiny showers. I was so pleasantly suprised by my experience at this bed and breakfast. The staff was extremely helpful and made our stay feel almost as comfortable as being at home. We had a lovely breakfast in the morning and were able to share conversations with fellow travelors. The location was marvelous. The room was clean enough and the location is good, but otherwise we did not like it at all. The main problem was the shower - it is very small. It's very hard to use for anybody above 5' tall. The furniture is very old. The room was not cleaned daily. The breakfast is served at 9:00 am which was very late for us so that we never ate it. I was not to sure about this place, based on the name, when I found it online - but what a find it was. Our room in this historic B&B was marvelous, its right in town, and the host Charles gave us great advice and cooked an awesome breakfast. An historic Victorian home centrally located. Our stay was comfortable, though our room was small and not suited for more than a few days stay (others are larger). Excellent breakfast though there was no table to sit at for the guests, making eating a full breakfast of French toast (yum!!), eggs, bacon, yogurt, etc. a challenge.

We stayed in the clawfoot tub room. It was near the front door which was loud at times, but not overly noisy. Hotel staff was very nice, pet friendly and made great breakfast every morning. Highly recommend the French restaurant in town as well.

The room was not the best we have had at a B&B. The room was small for the price. There was no bed service, nor clean towels, except on request. One of the innkeepers did not know about the local restaurants or events in the area. The staff was friendly though. This inn is newly opened and the owner/operators are enthusiastic, kind and easy to be around. The house is old-1870- so expect an old house experience and you will love it!

My wife and I stayed at the didj for a birthday weekend, and really enjoyed our brief stay. Charles was a most excellent and gracious host, and our room was fantastic! We enjoyed the four poster bed and Victorian decor, a real fire in the fireplace, and a delicious hot breakfast in the morning. What made it particularly special was the great conversation […] we had with the other guests during breakfast - they were an eclectic group from all over the US (and a couple internationally, too). The location is perfect, a short walk to downtown Mendo, and great dining options. Too bad we couldn't stay Sunday night - we missed out on the abalone dinner that Charles sometimes puts together.
