Nice and cozy, my room was not too big, but large enough to feel comfortable. Despite being right on Atlantic Avenue, it was quiet. The parking lot was small and crowded, but they had another one just a couple minutes away from the hotel. It looked very clean, modern, and amenities were just right. Free internet but don't forget to bring your own cable, it's not wifi.

Zeer plezierig hotel , gebouwd in mooie koloniale stijl (Key West).Keurige kamer met iedere dag verse lakens en schone handdoeken en badlakens. Het ontbijt in het aan de overkant gelegen Mahi Mahs behorend bij het concern, was zeer goed met uitstekende bediening. Bij mijn volgende bezoek aan Virginia Beach zal ik zeker dit hotel weer boeken.

Het hotel is voor downtown goedkoop en in goede staat. Een aanrader t.o.v. alle conferentiehotels in de buurt. Ruime kamers, sommige met ijskast en magnetron. WInkel om de hoek en ontbijt inbegrepen al stelt dat niet zo heel veel voor

"Great hotel"
This is one great little hotel. Right on the beach, whirlpool in the room, and a nice balcony overlooking the boardwalk. The professional, friendly staff checked me in in less than two minutes. The room was very nice, clean, and well appointed. I know some people think the decor is dated; maybe so. But it is still quite nice and clean. The two shower […] heads were a delightful surprise! "VA Beach Weekender"
Reserved a queen room, but at check-in was upgraded to a king. Hotel was in pretty good condition. Elevators were real slow and the in-door pool needs to be refurbished -- but, all in all, a good time.

Old hotel with friendly and responsive staff. Room was dated but clean, no mildew. One bed had broken springs on one side and should be replaced. Surprisingly the room and hotel were very quiet..the first time in many hotel stays. The restaurant staff was friendly and responsive. The jacuzzi tub worked as advertised.

This hotel is located right on the Boardwalk in Virginia Beach overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Staff was pleasant to deal with, and housekeeping was second to none. "oceanfront comfort"
Wonderful views and great location. Staff was kind and helpful. Hotel is a bit dated, but clean and comfortable le. Would definitely stay there again because it was so affordable.

I would suggest putting in handrails in the bathtub. The mattresses are rather lumpy, but all in all, the stay was fantastic as well as the staff.
"Thanksgiving"
The staff was extremely nice! They let us check in at 9 am and they let us use there bicycles for free all day! I have no complaints there. And our view from our room was amazing! But the Hotel itself really needs updating bad. Our room smelled like Urine but so did a couple of the older buildings we went into. I was told it might be mold. The whirlpool […] tub was so loud I could here the tub in the room next door when they turned it on in the middle of the night and it was way to big for that tiny bathroom. There was also no water pressure when turning on the tub/shower it just trinkled out. It took almost 20 min to fill the tub, and the tiles on the floor were loose. Now with all that being said, For the price we paid and the amount of time we spent in the room it was do able. We had a great Thanksgiving and and the weather was perfect I have no regrets!!!!
