Pinn Road Inn and Suites in San Antonio

Pinn Road Inn and Suites was a nice place. We stayed for 5 days for our sons graduation from Air Force Basic Training. Room was always picked up and cleaned, bed made, and fresh towels. Room was large with a couch for sitting, very nice kitchen with full fridge and stove, included place settings and pots & pans for eating in. There was a table and 2 […] chairs in the kitchen. Some of the draw backs were there was no daily news paper available, no personal access to any computer or printer (the front office did print off our boarding tickets for us and were very polite about it). The lighting were large 4 ft long fluorescent lights. The Inn is located it a part of town that is run down. No place near by to take a nice walk. Lees meer

I was VERY surprised by the construction! It did not interfere with our stay at all, but I wasn't anticipating a complete remodel. I guess they are new owners in the process of upgrading.... Other that that, the room was excellent!! They even provided complimentary bottles of water which REALLY came in handy in the middle of the night! I was in area to attend event at Lackland AFB. Can not beat the location, any closer and I would have been on base. I was a little concerned about the neighborhood however I didn't have any problem. Although the exterior of the motel was rough it was clear that they were renovating it. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff of this facility were outstanding. The beds were very comfortable, but the room (a suite w/2 Q beds & kitchenette) was a bit crowded . The bathroom fixtures were plumbed backwards, hot/cold water faucets reversed. The facility, exterior and rooms were under construction of upgrading. Room was very clean. Management was very helpful and on site 24/7. Neighborhood looks shady but no we had no issues. Location in regards to downtown isn't great but didn't take more than 20 minutes to get where ever we wanted to go. Extensive remodeling is on going but didn't interfere with anything.

I was in town for the BMT graduation and my stay was very pleasant. The staff was outstanding and ensured all my needs were met. If I am ever in the area again, this is where I will be staying.

The staff was pleasant ,courtesous and very helpful. The room was clean the plus was no stinky carpet. It had a mini fridge and microwave that was clean and worked. It was located close to the base,walmart, walgreen,dollar store and resturant. The staff was very helpful in helping us locate the places we needed to find and giving us fresh towels and […] cleaning room while we were out. At first I was a little nervous since I did not know the area and I thought it looked a little rough, but it was really nice. The people at the hotel were so nice and accommodating. Patrick is the owner/manager and his wife also manages the hotel. Pinn Road Inn & Suites was more than I expected. My husband and I had a full sized kitchen with full refrigerator and stove as well as microwave. Double sink with drain board and holder. We were well please and would stay there again. Although there was no pool, it was not a big deal […] as we were in San Antonio for our nephew's graduation from the Air Force. As I told Patrick when we checked out,we thanked him for being so accomodating. Check out time is 11 a.m. and he allowed us to check out by 1 p.m. due the last day with nephew. I stayed here to go to my daughters Graduation at Lackland AFB. It was very clean and the staff was great. They are refurbishing the exterior which is greatly needed. Real close to the base.

This was surprisingly best hotel i've stayed at in San Antonio. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Pretty much everything you want in a hotel. Also it is very quiet, you don't hear cars flying by at all hours of the night. It's really not too far from anything in San Antonio, Fiesta Texas is 20 minutes away, but whats better; a quality […] hotel or a shorter drive? I highly recommend the Pinn Road Inn and Suites. The staff was very helpful. Any questions we had was answered and the directions to all of the attractions were exact... This hotel was good for the money. It was quite and the staff was wonderful. The place is old so as you might guess it was pretty run down but is was clean and comfortable... I recommend this place if you are on a budget...

We enjoyed everything from the room to the owners. It was close to everything from the freeway to all varties of Resturants. EverythIng was in driving distance from Walmart to Target. The motel was very quiet & peaceful.

My son was graudating from Lackland AFB and we were just a few minutes away from base. Our hotel was very clean. The staff was amazing. They had helpful directions to resturants, walmart, walgreens and etc. If what you were looking for was not on the directions sheet they provided, they were more than happy to take time out and look it up on thier computer […] and print it for you.If were are ever back in TX we will be contacting them for anoter stay. The room was VERY clean (I had issues with hair on the ceiling and wall in the bathroom). The sheets and towels had been dried with real fabric softner-they smelled like Downy. The bed felt new and were very comfortable.

The hotel was very clean and looked ok, but the room we got smelled like smoke. I would stay again, but asked to be changed to a room that didn't smell of smoke.

This hotel isn't the nicest or anything but all I needed was somethin close to the base that had a bed and it did me just fine. The staff was super nice and helped me with anything I needed.

Muy amable el staff del hotel, siempre te ayudan con las direcciones para llegar a los parques, además en el lobby tienen muchos cupones de descuento para los parques. La ubicación no es lasa cercana a los parques, sin embargo esta justo en el centro para ir a los parques y al downtown. 100% recomendable
