Everyone here was SUPER nice and helpful. The staff really made the difference. The rooms were very clean and comfortable but very small. The nearby area was okay, it was a subway ride away or a 20 minute walk to the center of town, so good if you want to be a little removed from things. Great hotel with a new management team. They were only in place a month but the hotel was one of the best run hotels I've ever used. Restaurant was superb for dinner. Breadfast buffet was better than most. Great value.

Our stay in Lisbon was a stop over on our way to the sun in Argarve. It was the perfect place to stay. Comfortable, clean, and very modern room. Great food in the restaurant, and the staff was helpful and polite. The head waiter even gave us samples of ports and wonderful desserts. Excellent choice for a peaceful stay in Lisbon.

I stayed here five nights and have no real complaints. The rum I had was a single and was on the small side but the hotel is new so it is very clean and has all the comforts you’d expect. The staff is very friendly, willing to help, most of them English speaking and the front desk is open and manned at all times. The breakfast buffet is nice and was […] available until brunchtime so it’s perfect if you want to sleep in. The restaurant is open late and has reasonable prices considering it is a hotel restaurant and there is 24 hour room service available and several convenient stores nearby if you want a snack. The hotel is about 10-15 minutes from the airport by Taxi if you can avoid rush hours. The hotel is also city and shopping center adjacent, but still it is a fair bit to walk and there is no direct public transportation from the hotel to the city center. For this reason I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for families with children, but other than that the hotel is great. It should be noted that when I was there, there were a lot of rebuilding and remodeling in the area around the hotel, nothing that disturbs your sleep or anything but it means that you can’t hang around in the area during daytime without feeling you’re in an industrial area. Really enjoyed my stay at Neya Lisboa. The staff spoke English well. The ambiance was great-the deep purple theme added a great feel to the hotel. The food from the restaurant was delicious. The bar was a great place to try the Portuguese wines... Walk to city center was about 15-20min, or take the metro which was at 10 min walk.

Fantastic hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and reliable. The hotel environment was very comfortable and inviting, while quaint. Meals at the restaurant were fantastic, and the free breakfast was among the best I've ever had, even for a (paid for) buffet. They had a loaner computer for me to use when I could not get mine to connect […] to the internet. The smallest room is very small, and the amenities are not the same for every room (but possibly because they are still a work in progress--they told me that the day spa was not available yet), so verify that you are getting what you need when you check in. It's close enough to walk to the city center, but far enough away to not be in it. I'd definitely stay in this hotel again and suggest it to anyone who was planning to visit. I picked this because of the great price on hotels.com but was really happy with it overall. It has a great central location -- it's within walking distance of major tourist attractions and the airport bus stop. very nice, clean and modern hotel . perfect for business stay. far from the old city center for tourists though. Very good service and breakfast buffet. staff speaks good English. Would come back there.

The Hotel is new and the stuff are friendly and helpful.The only "bad" thing is that is a bit far from the city center and about 10-15min walk from the nearest Metro station. But the quality of services was excellent. Would recommend . . ..

My husband and I stayed at the Neya Lisbon for one week and found the staff to be excellent, friendly and very helpful. The room was lovely and kept immaculately clean. Had the feel of a family hotel - all staff took the trouble to engage with guests. Food was excellent. Jag reste ensam. Jag valde hotellet på grund av bra recensioner från tidigare gäster men hotellrummet som jag fick motsvarade inte alls mina förväntningar. Rummet var väldigt litet, hade inte ens plats för en stol. Rummet låg på första våningen mot en innegård och var väldigt mörkt. Jag kunde inte se ut genom fönstret därför att det fanns en skiva framför […] vars uppgift var att hindra insyn. Takbelysningen var nästan obefintlig och läslampan var fast på bordet. Det enda som var OK var badrummet som var för stort men tanke på det lilla rummet. Jag fick ångest av rummet. Lees meer

EL GARAJE HUELE FATAL A TUBERIAS, A VECES ESTE OLOR SE METÍA EN LAS HABITACIONES.

Das Hotel ist noch nicht lange geoeffnet, das heisst, die Ausstattung war neu und top! Zimmer schoen eingerichtet, sehr komfortable Betten (feste Matratzen!), schoenes Bad, leider ohne Lueftung. Zimmer und Hotel sehr sauber. Internet gratis und funktioniert in allen Zimmern ueber WLan, in der Lobby gibts auch einen Computer. Fruehstuecksbuffet ausgezeichnet, […] Obst, Joghurt, versch. Broetchen, super Serrano Schinken, zahlreiche Marmeladen, Aufstriche, auch um 10 Uhr wird noch nachgelegt und alles schoen arrangiert. Lage des Hotels gut, 15 Minuten mit dem Taxi zum Flughafen (kostet ca. 8 Euro), aber nicht direkt im Zentrum. Zwanzig MInuten zu Fuss bis ins Stadtzentrum, 3-5 Minuten zur U Bahn, man kann sehr vieles zu Fuss erkunden und die Gegend ist sicher und angenehm, auch nachts. Wer laermempfindlich u. gern bei offenem Fenster schlaeft, sollte fuer ein Zimmer in einem oberen Stockwerk optieren, da bes. in der Frueh Verkehr. Die Neuheit des Hotels hat auch Nachteile: Das Personal war grossteils sehr bemueht, aber unkundig. Die weibliche Rezeptionskraft hatte wenig Ahnung. Sie konnte keine Auskunft zum Flughafenbus geben (nehmen sie besser ein Taxi), kannte sich bei Fragen zu oeffentlichem Verkehr oder Restaurants nicht aus und bemuehte sich aber auch nicht sonderlich. Die maennlichen Rezeptionisten waren alle sehr nett, aber auch hier teilweise unbeholfen. Diese fehlende Kompetenz ist fuer ein 4 Sterne Hotel schon ein Manko, aber nichts, was nicht durch etwas Schulung wettgemacht werden koennte. Das Motto des Hotels "Comfort has another meaning" kann man da schon auch ironisch interpretieren... Fazit: empfehlenswertes, sehr schoenes Hotel in guter Lage, das noch ein bisschen Zeit braucht, bis alles wie am Schnuerchen laeuft Lees meer
