The hotel is not that bad. But if you want internet go somewhere els. For 24 hour they want $18. The housekeeper on my floor was very lazy. Bad cleaning and forget essentials like toiletpaper and soap. When you want to ask him something you find him sleeping in another room.

Zeer fijn hotel en een aangename afwisseling met de drukte van de binnenstad. Het personeel is vriendelijk, het eten prima en ze hebben een heerlijk zwembad. Op loopafstand ligt de Spa Botanica voor de ultime spa-ervaring.

Dit hotel is vrij nieuw en ligt op 10 minuten lopen van een MRT station. Wij waren gevlucht uit een oud hotel in de binnenstad en vonden dit een verademing. Redelijk ruime kamers en een keurige badkamer voor een prijs die je in de het centrum voor een 2-sterrenhotel betaald. Ligt ook in een rustige wijk. Vervoer naar alle highlights van Singapore is geen probleem. MRT Orchard is slechts 2 haltes. Bovendien zijn taxi's in Singapore goedkoop en overal beschikbaar(als het niet regent)

The toilet although was clean, had a stinky smell.

I was amazed and extremely surprised at the level of good services I received during my stay.I stayed there on two occasions and both occasions were upgraded to a deluxe and executive room.The staffs were very polite and helpful .I had stayed in almost most of the 4 and 5 stars hotels in singapore.I have to say Fragrance Riverside(despite only rated […] as 2 to 3 stars)certainly did not let me down with the price I paid.I will definitely return and stay here again. "Fantastic location, Tiny room, Awful breakfast"
Pros: The service here was fantastic. There is free internet usage in the lobby area (they have 2 pcs available for guests to use). The location is perfect - 10 mins away from Chinatown, 5 mins from Clarke Quay Rooftop Pool Negs： Rooms far too small Bathroom/Shower room far too small Breakfast was inedible - definitely eat out!
"The fragrance hotel riverside"
The hotel locations was really good, the room was damp with mould starting to show on the walls. This could be rectified with decent ventilation to the room.

There is no window in the room. The is no separate shower area in the toilet.
"A good location"
Certainly nothing fancy, just basic. The room rather small, with limited options for storage. The shower almost above the toilet. The hotel was clean and the staff was very healthy. If you just need to a place to sleep and don't plan to spend too much time in the hotel - it will just do. The price and the location make it quite a good choice.
"Fragrance Hotel Singapore & Airport Transfers"
This hotel was much better than the reviews had us believe. We stayed two nights. Hotel was well located, clean, very friendly and helpful staff throughout. Great location near to Clarks Quay and Central Shopping Centre. Close to local buses and MRT station. From airport terminal 2 take MRT to Outram station.(Everyone changes trains after a couple of […] stops but it only means getting off one train and crossing the platform). Go to Outram then change onto purple line and get off at Clarks Quay. Leave the MRT station at exit A and in five minutes you will be at the Hotel on Hong Kong Street. Cost from airport on MRT is S$3.80 and you get S$1 back when you return the card to the ticket machine and claim the refund. Good to get a bus and MRT map from Tourist Info and they are very easy to use. We ate at Fragrance Hotel and also at the little local Restaurants just near Fragrance Hotel on New Bridge Road. We would return to Fragrance Hotel on our next visit. Asia is not the UK so we accept that the term superior/ executive etc does not mean the same. Yes we would have preferred a separate shower cubicle but it was not such a big issue for us. We were too busy enjoying Singapore to let minor things spoil our stay. Singapore has so much to offer. "Great location but the rooms are way too small"
Everything else is great but the rooms are just too small to move around. A double bed is barely fit in with a foot of space left on each side. Bathroom has 6 one-foot tiles in length and 3 across. When you shower, everything gets wet... Toilet bowl, washin basin, towels, etc. not worth the money.

非常小巧的飯店.有小小的游泳池.房間空間狹小..不過離碼頭和最近的地鐵站都很近~如果不要求房間大小~其實舒適度是夠的...
"ホテルの設備"
ホテルのシャワールームが使い勝手がわるかった。 価格が安いからしょうがないのか、今までいろいろ海外のホテルに宿泊したが、今回の設備には、不満 でした。１：お湯が最高熱にしても温い。２：シャワーの水はけが悪くしばらく床が濡れて気持ち悪かった。

위치는 클락키역에서 가까워 좋으나 객실이 상당히 작고, TV 채널도 몇개 없으며, 주변환경이 그닥 좋지 않음. 객실이 깨끗하고, 수영장이 있는것은 장점. 싼맛에 숙박할 만한 호텔.

Hotellet ligger bra, nära till shopping i China town och uteserveringar/barer i Clark quay. Mrt 3 minuter bort. Fint hotell, men dyrt för back packing (finns hotell jämte för bättre pris) ingen frukost finns att tillgå, man får som närmast kinesisk "frukost" för 40 svenska kronor om man vågar äta den... Sista dagen var det märkligt nog också en kackerlacka […] på vårt rum. Internet ingår inte och är dyrt att köpa till. Fint hotell, men välj nått annat på plats om du vill få mer för dina pengar. セントラルデパートと道をはさんですぐ近く。クラークキーに徒歩圏内の距離で利便性はよい。 ホテルは香港ストリートにあるので、ホテルにいくときはホテル名ではなく、通りの名前を言うとよい。ネオンが光っているので、通りに入るとすぐにわかる。 ホテルは一見きれい。客室もぱっと見た感じはきれい。シャワー室とトイレが一緒なので、シャワーを浴びるときは、トイレはびしょびしょに濡れます。シャワーはぬるくてすぐに冷たくなってしまい、これには閉口しました。 部屋はスーツケースがなんとかひろげられるくらいの広さ。小さいクローゼットがありました。 ベッドは普通の弾力。しかし、布団がかなり薄く、冷房を切っても寒かったので眠りが浅かったです。 眠りが浅い要因として、防音が全くないこと。部屋の外の音がすべて、そのままのトー […] ンで聞こえてきます。ホテルの周りはそんなにうるさくないですが、ホテルの客の話し声がそのまま部屋に聞こえてくるので眠れません。荷物を置くだけなら、このホテルでいいですが、眠りたい方は他のホテルがいいでしょう。 Lees meer
"클락키 역에서 도보 3분"
일단 전철역에서 너무나도 가깝다는것이 맘에 들었습니다. 클락키는 밤늦게까지 놀수있는 도시인데 밤에 놀다가 전철이나 버스가 끈길걱정없이 바로 숙소로 들어올수 있어 너무 편리했습니다. 방이 조금 작긴했지만, 깨끗한 시설과 수영장을 무료로 이용할수 있으니 수용복을 꼭 챙겨가세요! 걸어서 5분이면 바로 차이나 타운으로 갈수도 있을정도로 너무 좋은 위치 좋은 시설 추천합니다.

Kleine, aber saubere Zimmer. Typisch für Singapur, relativ teuer (achtzig Usd waren gerechtfertigt). Schöner Pool und praktische Terasse (speziell für Raucher).
