I stayed for 3-nights and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room rate included daily housekeeping, breakfast, wifi, and a free shuttle to DMall. This hotel need huge renovation . The bathroom ceiling is already falling apart. The bed sheets is not acceptable not only very old in appearance but lots of dried stain. Breakfast was terrible .

There are nicer hotels with better pools in better locations for the price. I would have expected this hotel to be in $50 range. Although they have an hourly morning and afternoon golf cart shuttle that will take you to the center of town, this small hotel is down a side road with not much nearby.
