I have stayed at this hotel multiple times, and I can tell you that the front desk folks need training.
For starters, no one smiles.
Second, there is an air of ‘we’re doing you a favor’ when all they’re doing is their job.
Third, they speak among themselves in Spanish and try to interact as little as possible with the guest. Can they please acknowledge people and realize that their paycheck comes from the very job they’re suboptimal in?
Extremely displeased with front desk folks, but the hotel has everything you’d need - free parking, good AC, reasonable shower etc.
If only the management trains the staff!!
The breakfast attendants are ok, but for some reason they weren’t restocking yogurts. They just put out a few at a time.
