Bathroom was clean, bed had someone else’s hair in it under pillows, front desk staff - had to use a phone to call them up and then when he came up all he said was “What” rudely.

The staff was excellent! I arrived early and they were willing to check me in ahead of the 3 pm check-in time. The location is convenient to many of Wheeling's gems! I would stay here again!

We really like the cleanliness of the rooms. No stale air in the rooms and they were super clean. Couldn't ask for a better place after a full day of traveling to lay our heads.

My family has stayed numerous times at the Elm Grove, Wva Super 8. It is clean and comfortable. The rates through Expedia for Super 8 are fantastic. We are on the go all day when in Wheeling to visit family, we just use the room to sleep. I cannot justify paying $100 more per night to stay at a nicer hotel such as Hampton Inn. I recommend Elm Grove, Wva Super 8 for great rates and comfortable stay.

This is a mistake by selected the wrong location (we meant to stay in Pittsburg). Within a second of receiving conformation we called both Expedia and the hotel to notify the mistake. We got a callback from the hotel (a lady), told us we get full refund since it has not been processed. As of now we haven’t got it. It has been charged and the hotel manager refuse to honor the words!

Room was in nice condition. It was clean overall, but there was hair in the bathtub. A few places to eat nearby and right off the interstate. Had a hot option for breakfast (waffles). Some protein (eggs, meat) would have been nice.
