A nice place close to Bolivar Heights (not down in Old Town which would be a bit of a walk for many folks).
The property is everything the owners describe and the access and amenities are great. Remember though, it's a old (very old) house (once owned by R.E. Lee's father, -hence the name) and with that should come some expectations.
Creaky floors, stairs (of your room isn't on the main floor), uneven surfaces, and door gaps. Parking is close, free and convenient and in HF that's a HUGE bonus.
If you're looking for a more unique experience while in the area then this is for you. If, on the other hand, you're a "Marriott" sort of traveler, this may not be your cup of tea.
