Access to apartment was not provided
Arriving to the apartments building, please note this is not a hotel, the people at reception asked me to find my name in the book guest, using very bad manners and in a very unfriendly way.
My name was not listed at all, reception had no information regarding the apartment number assigned to me and /or were the keys were.
I rang the cellphone number on the booking and after several attemps I managed to speak to someone who denied having an apartament at this address.
Fortunately a friend was dropping me off and offered me to stay with him that night, otherwise I would have been stranded in Santiago.
I phoned wotif customer service, they kept me at the phone for nearly an hour without any progress, and also did not call me the next day to confirm my credit was effectively not going to be charged.
