Nice location and helpful staff

The location is a plus, just walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Despite being close to the action the room was surprisingly quiet once you close the storm curtains and fully close the windows. However, the room cleanliness left a lot to be desired. My wife tried to use the hand shower to wash her hair and the hose was full of black mold. All the black mold got into her hair! To be fair we mentioned it and the next day they tried to clean it as best as they could. The shower drain was also clogged and despite we mentioned it never got fixed :(

Very, very small bathroom, the shower is a coffin. Thin walls, could hear everything. No black out blinds, the roll down shutter has gaps in it so light comes in very easily. Small thin pillows, and noisy street. Dont expect a good nights rest. The good, it waa a clean room, and the location is close to everything.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable but it would need extra pillows or pillows that are more confortable. The parking was a nightmare and check in very limited if you arrive later than 7:00 pm. Thanks to the shoe store employee who helped reaching out the owner. Otherwise we would have been lost!

The room was spacious and comfortable. Our unit was right above a busy pedestrian stroll but it was very quiet with the windows and balcony door closed. Right outside the hotel are restaurants and shops. The train station is 10-15 walk which was very convenient for us to train to the villages of Cinque Terre. The only negative we had was a smell coming from our bathroom sink and inside the hotel entrance. It had a sewage like smell. Otherwise it was an overall good stay.

Beautiful La Spezia

20 steps from the front door you can go left or right for blocks and there are restaurants, bars, clothin,,shops shoe stores, pharmacies, corner stores everywhere. Its a 10min mostly flat walk from the train station. Another 10 min walk the other way again flat is the harbour and its busy, tour boats, sailboats, mega yachts, cruise ships, freighters, navy ships. And its the gateway to Cinque Terre a beautiful National Park
