    Adam's Restaurant

    A Michelin Star experience

    Adam's started as a pop-up diner in Birmingham but has now become a successful British fine-dining restaurant. Spanning 3 floors of the New Oxford House, Adam’s offers contemporary British cuisine in an intimate dining room with tasting menus, lunch menus and a 3-course menu that earned the restaurant a Michelin Star and 3 AA Rosettes. 

    The tasting menu features dishes like Orkney scallop with lime, Atlantic cod with mussels, caviar and kohlrabi, wild halibut with langoustine and butternut squash and fallow deer with Jerusalem artichoke and kale. You'll find a full wine list for perfect pairings, as well as a private dining area for large parties.
