Alisa Hotel Aonang

So so...

We stayed here 6 nights and it was great. Right on main road and 3 min walk to beach. The only thing I would complain about if I had to, was I wish they had a pool. Otherwise the staff was very friendly and helpful and room was great.

There is no lift for 4 nights I have to climb to level 4. Dressing chair broken very dangerous lucky I did not sit on it.

We stayed here on our last night before an early morning flight home at the end of a two week vacation in Krabi Province. Alisa Hotel was perfect- exactly what we needed to be close to everything in Ao Nang and get ourselves and our luggage cleaned up and organized before the trip home. Five minutes walk to the beach. The room and bathroom were very spacious. The sink, toilet, and shower were all very clean and in good condition, but as with much of Thailand, the water temperature was inconsistent. This made showering take a bit longer for me. My husband didn't mind the cooler water. Just be careful of when it's scalding hot! It had the standard fridge and bottles of water, and also coffee and tea with a kettle- all complimentary. There's also an easy to use in-room safe for valuables. We very much appreciated the huge comfortable bed, closet, and desk with an extra table and chairs for spreading out. The hotel seems like it's been recently renovated, so the outside of the building isn't special, but inside the rooms are all very clean and comfortable with new linnens and furnishings. The windows are huge and there's also a balcony (for every room I believe), but we checked in and out while it was dark, so didn't make much use if it. The staff were very very helpful! Our airport shuttle failed to arrive in the morning and they helped us with everything, from calling the company to contacting a taxi for us at the last minute. We definitely recommend this hotel!
