Ok Stay, but won’t return

Check was seamless and the clerk very nice. Upon entering the parking garage to park, it was very off putting to see that there was no guard and several cars of people just loitering around the garage and upon exiting our car, there was a very very heavy marijuana odor. Our first was uneventful and quiet which I loved. However, when we got to our floor, which was pretty late (after10pm) there was what appeared to be a white powdery substance sprinkle in front of several room doors on the floor. There were bundles of linens left outside a couple of rooms and this made me very uncomfortable. However, our room was clean and tidy and quiet cozy. Our second night, was not so great as whomever checked in was rowdy, loud music and surprise loud marijuana odor in the hall. There was some altercation that awakened me in the wee hours of the morning and my husband later told me he was awakened by a man banging on doors asking someone inside to let him in. The next 3 days were similar to the first night pretty uneventful and rather quiet. Our last night there we awakened to a super cold room as the heat had stopped in the middle of the night (we didn’t notice until morning) and the was blowing out extremely cold air. We didn’t call the desk as we were checking out that morning anyway. Overall, it was a decent stay but, I don’t think I’ll return.

Very Disappointed

The floor coming out of the elevator smelled of smoke/weed, the room smelled of smoke. The room floor was not clean/vacuumed, the trash cans were not lined, the beds were lumpy and not properly made. The garage and room keys stopped working on Day 2 of 5.

As i stated b4, I had 2 rooms, the room for my niece was a disaster when she checked in (Feb. 25, 21) her room reaked of Marijuana. My niece had an asthma attack & needed 2 breathing treatments, had to get security involved to be moved to another rm. I feel that i should be compensated for me still paying & having the attack plus having to move. I have told at least 3-4 people this and no one is responding. I'm not asking for money back at least give me a credit coupon/voucher for at keast 1 night. I expect to heat from youall within 24 hours. This is ridiculous & unimaginably.

Great location. Average hotel.

Location was great. The view from our room was fantastic. The hotel itself was average. It was little things like the key not working the first time. The noise from the water running in the room next door etc. Every time the heater kicked on it made a loud noise. The walls are very thin and we could hear kids next door playing video games. They weren’t being overly loud. It was just the way the rooms were built that amplified their voices.

I know hotels are not doing well in 2020.. i must say this one has been one of them. Not only the hotel is old, room carpets are gross, bed covers also etc. But the guests they currently have were a nightmare. Screams, people, Fighting, knocking and door pulling at 11 pm at our door twice, security coming to kick people out because they over stayed, in the morning people screaming again etc I guess now that hotels cant clean your room Or serve food, its better to rent a condo...
