Nice staff, beautiful bathroom, comfortable bed. Breakfast wasn't the best as they had no eggs or cooked meats. Neighbourhood around the hotel was fantastic.

Quiet and cozy hotel in Milan. Great price-value ratio.

Everything was fine. It is a small room but this is typical of a hotel. The shower water wasn't always as hot as I would like. When we first arrived I said I wasn't happy with check-in. I would like to explain that this is because there was no iron and I was going to a wedding. I asked for an iron and was told there was no iron and no service to help with ironing. I was told I should look for a service at a laundromat and I had no time for this. I was very upset by this and left a bad rating for check-in. AFTER this complaint they then explained that throughout Italy there is a rule against irons being in hotel rooms which is crazy but apparently there's some truth in it. The hotel then gave us a complimentary ironing service. I wish they had explained the rule at the beginning - and then I wouldn't have been so angry with the hotel. I also think that the service should ALWAYS, as standard, offer an ironing service if guests cannot do there own.

We had very nice welcome at reception. Adel was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean, very quiet. We are more than happy that we stayed here. Next trip to Milan we will definitely stay here.
