Unhappy, very dissatisfied And disappointed custom
I didn’t stay at the hotel because as soon as I pulled into the parking lot, I felt uncomfortable and knew this wasn’t the place for me. I tried repeatedly to cancel the room. I booked it last minute around 2:30pm and tried calling multiple time from before 3. Was told by the hotel I had to cancel through hotels.com. I was disconnected a couple of times and was on hold for almost an hour couple times. I finally attempted to to use the automated system to only be told that I could cancel but I would receive a refund. That’s unacceptable due to the fact that I made multiple attempts through Hotels.com and the actual hotel. It was too late to contact my bank to but I will be contacting them this morning to request my payment be returned. The hotel was like pulling up to an over crowed apartment complex. Residents sitting outside in the parking lot. I felt very uncomfortable

Bathroom door did not shut. Sheet on bottom was a flat sheet so did not stay tucked in. No comforter so had to turn on heat all night which dried out skin and sinuses.

The smell was horrible. I was in a non smoking room and the room reeked of cigarette smoke. It had a hole in the bathroom wall filled with spider webs. The tub was very nasty. It has a black ring on the inside. Glad I had my own disinfectant spray bleach and sanitizer

Probably the best of the worst
Staff was accommodating but room was not really clean and my first room had broken closet but they did give me another room so that I could hang my clothes up.

There was no tv in the room. Was giving the remote but had no tv. They also had a no mask no service sign yet the front desk agent didn’t have on a mask herself.

Out dated needs to be remodeled my room had a mildew smell had to go out to get scented candles needed to run the water for about 30 minutes came out brown

People hanging out all day and night. They don’t change linen at all. Rats and bugs. Water brown and door was nearly hanging off. Tv staticky. Would never stay again nor recommend.

Our stay was very nice other than being woken up to people outside being very loud and banging on doors. Also our second night was about the same. The people in the room next to my boyfriend and I were very loud and fighting.

Hotels need to specify mask requirements in their information. Front desk staff behind plexiglass not wearing a mask demanded we have mask before processing check-in. Guess plexiglass only protects one way. This is a local policy not state/federal and she stated since they were a franchise, they didn't need to follow corporate policies. Offered to refund money but only if not made online. As we were tired, drug out a bandana to get room. It was obvious there had been water damage some point but room did not have musty odor.
