I have never been so frustrated during a hotel stay. I was charged full price with no amenities. There were not microwaves in the rooms mini bars were stocked but you were told afterwards that you couldn't drink them because of Covid. The kitchen and bar was closed we didn't even have housekeeping. My room was dirty upon arrival was promised a different one but it was worse...decided to stay in the room if they came up to clean it but they never did. They were not honest and upfront with us during our stay stories kept changing. If the hospital wasn't able to maintain their standards I should've been told in the beginning not after being checked in. I had to clean my own room and make my own bed in which I had to go to the front desk to pick up linens or anything else I needed. They were still checking people as if everything was just fine and they were definitely not. The hotel should not be open it is filthy from the lobby and beyond. The area designated for the microwave was swarming with gnats a relative of mine asked for someone to clean it before she used it. They had a disclaimer on the website but it didn't provide enough information. I will never stay there again and would never recommend that anyone else do so either!!!

Due to COVID- all of the great amenities of this hotel were suspended. Waste of money to pay so much and have no options.

AC was broken I am 6 months pregnant and was extremely hot all night. Room was dirty including dirty brown handprints on bathroom door, left over drinks in the room, dirty couch etc. Had to pay $50 for parking where they do not even secure your car, wait over an hour to get it and they leave it in the middle of the road for you. Tried to take my daughter swimming in the pool but it was filled with inappropriate music, behavior, drugs and alcohol. Absolutely ridiculous for $200/night. Will not stay here again.

The Hotel was nice and the Valet was friendly. There was no bar or restaurant available and the mini bar locked. When we called the front desk it nobody would answer the phone. But the price of the room was great and located right across from the Harrah’s casino so it all evened out.

Check-in did not offer me an upgrade with my Gold Status. She was extremely rude to me and other guests. Maybe she was having a bad day. I won’t be staying here ever again. Room was not clean. Carpet had vomit outside of my room.

They don’t have housekeeping and my duvet was dirty and I think it’s ridiculous to expect the guest to change sheets amd linen especially when you failed to make sure they were clean when they put them on. The valet is not there 24hrs so I purposely told him bf I went to bed that I would be checking out at 1am and asked him to bring my car and park in the driveway. He did not do that I had to walk in the dark by myself to search the parking garage for my car which was not safe and the reason why I parked valet. The hot water took 20min to get hot in the shower the hot water in the sink had no pressure and dribbled out. The carpet was stained and dirty.

The staff was really rude. The only plus was they allowed us to check in 30 minutes early. They closed the pool before the posted signage and got an attitude with me about it when I stated it said it didn't close until 10. I called the desk & she said did you try the key fob, and so I tried it and told her it's still not working. She responded with "then clearly it's closed." I was shocked. I called and asked if they have a business center, because it's listed as an amenity & I needed to complete something for work really quick, she said no. I said oh it says online that we have one that's one of the reasons we booked, she again said no. I asked about parking, valet here is $49 a night - cool. But the valet guy that works there - a short African American male with waves and a little fade told my boyfriend to pay him $75 directly for a lot up the street and we would be good. He took him in the back way and it was literally a parking garage that offered FREE parking. Why do they have employees like this working there? I need someone from this establishment to contact me: I have his DIRECT number because he paid via Apple Pay so we have his number. Your employees were rude & scam artists. I won't rest until I receive contact or an update to said employees.

Air conditioning was not good at all. Being a native from Louisiana I understand the heat and humidity and have never had an issue with being cool in a hotel. However, it was hot and extremely humid in the hotel and our room and we were told the air was fine and that it was just very humid outside. My sister was also staying in a different room and had the same issue. While talking to the front desk about it there were numerous other guests also complaining of the same issue. There were also 4 elevators and at one point only one was working (but none were marked out of order) which we used and got stuck in. After calling to let them know we were told hold on we are working on it. Of course it was really hot in the elevator and all we were told was come by the front desk for a free drink after my husband pried the doors open instead of waiting for hotel staff to figure out what to do.

First off there was no option for self parking, other than "on the street if you can find something". There was no luggage carts to be found after 15 minutes of searching, I guess. There was no access to a restroom in the lobby and I didn't see the bar area open once. The room wasn't spectacular but it was ok. The restroom had a funky smell as well. The employees were very friendly and helpful though, which the company should be thankful for.
