The lobby bathroom was dirty and the toilet couldn't flush. The stairs we look pictures on needed vacumming. Food had been spilled and left there. We walked into the room and it smelled. The smoke detector was removed. The comforters were dirty and we asked for them to be replaced. We waited 3 hours for cleaning service to come by. Right before that, we were about to place a few items in the drawers and found something that appeared to be drugs in small tied up baggies. I requested a full refund and still waiting for it. My friends and I DID NOT FEEL SAFE. WE WERE PLACED IN DANGER & were afraid to stay.

Overall, it was “fine”, but that is because i don’t like complaining, but management should be made aware of these things to see if they can be fixed. Firstly, I’m not fully sure if it was how i booked or if the desk agent just picked a room at random, but if you know that the room is meant for handicapped/wheelchair bound guests, please save that room for those people. There are reasons why they are that way. I feel that there could have been more done cleaning. The pillows had stains, (which sometimes can’t be helped) but stray hairs in the bathroom and what appeared to be random stains on the tub, and mold-ish looking on the door frame of the bathroom really did not make the stay pleasant. I will also state the door to the room was difficult to open and close, not from the door key, which took like 20 swipes to finally read, but because it felt stuck or crooked. Breakfast left little to desire, items were hot when they should be cold, sour waffle batter, and broken appliances.

Upon registration, the first room provided had the bed unmade and the restroom messy. A different room was provided. The TV remote was missing The replacement did not adjust the volume. The second replacement did operate. Booked a 4 night stay. Staff said the room would be serviced after day 3. The room was never serviced anytime during the stay. The entry key expired twice.

The hotel was so dirty as soon as we stepped in. The carpet and bedsheets were stained and smelled bad. The breakfast was decent and had a lot of options.

The check in process was fabulous. Good customer service. Once we got to room condition was already expected to be a lower standard at a 2 star but it was more like a 1 star. Lights I. the room were flickering didn’t work properly the shower was extremely dirty and rusty. The bed sheets were itchy and the comforter had cigarette burn holes in them. Carpets were so dirty we had to wear shoes. Walls were totally dirty and needed a good cleaning and paint job. I stayed in two star hotels before with the expectation that the condition might be older but I still expect it to be clean since we are paying to stay there. There’s hotel or was extremely dirty which made it uncomfortable.

This used to be a great place to stay before the pandemic. Just made 3 room reservation this past weekend and I was very disappointed upon arrival. Hotel is very run down. 1 of our rooms was very dirty, had not been vacuumed, beds were not made, there was trash in the trash cans, there were towels on the restroom floor, a/c wasent cooling and room had a foul smell. Spoke to front desk about the issue trying to get another room or refund and they refused to do anything stated since I booked through third party they could not do anything about it. We were not the only ones upset during my complaint 3 other people were complaing the guy at the front desk seemed overwhelmed with all thw complaints he was working alone. He had to constantly leave people waiting at the front desk to go view all the rooms with issues. We had to go buy cleaning supplies and disinfectant to clean room.

Our original room was 317 on the 3rd floor. Once we got up stairs both keys didn’t work my husband went down stairs twice to get it fixed they ended up switching our room to 318 when walking back to the elevator the desk attendant mentioned to his partner “he just doesn’t know how to do it.” Getting into 318 a 4 person room, it only had two towels, the sink lights did not work, and both beds did not have comforters we had to sleep with sheets. We stayed there back in 2017 and had no issues as to why we were so confident in staying again but this time around was just an overall horrible experience.

The place is very run down, the pictures are probably from when they constructed the building because it’s trashed . The doors barely close you get the bare necessities if that! No breakfast no room service and the area under construction.

It was good but I think as soon as COVID-19 stuff is over. It will be much better so please take off all the amenities that you don’t provide Covid-19 or no Covid-19 so people don’t get confused and expect something different. Example:FREE breakfast
