Knights Inn Corpus Christi at Navigation Blvd

Everything I reserved was wrong. Paid extra for nothing. Staff couldn't help me and the manager was always unavailable. Long story short, don't make any reservations at this location.

Room wasn’t clean very well, found a moldy avocado in the fridge and the bathroom still had someone’s old soap in the bathtub. Also had four people and they only gave us 2 sets of towels, so of course we had to go collect more from the office.

Our stay was not great, it was ok. There was a lot of people smoking and drinking by the pool. Cigarette buds all over the dirt. Grass was dead.

I was disappointed in the room compared to other Hotels.com rooms where we have stayed. Hotels.com said that breakfast was included, but it was not. Not only that, but the room wasn't comfortable except for the bed. The amenities of the room lacked. There was one tiny shampoo, no hair dryer, and no plastic bag for dirty clothing. The curtains were not hung properly. The lights did not work well. The plumbing was noisy. And, we tried to swim at 9am in the morning and the pool was not open as promised.

The hotel was falling apart and the shower was nasty and moldy.
