Days Inn by Wyndham Alexandria South

The neighbors next door was loud frol the time I check in at 1pm until the time I check out at 11am. I call front desk to complaim around 730am lady was very rude. She threatening to call the police on me and said I just got here. She did come upstairs instead if knocking on the door of the person veen loud she kept knocking on mines and yelling thru the door why you call to complain when nithing happening. I got my man tonopen the door she then heard what we was talking about. I had to inform her my 8 year old kod is scared. She walk off I guess she knock on the door and told them to be quiet. Noise did disapper but did come back from time to time. Customer service received from front desk caused me to never go back here. I use to be a regular now I will never spend my money at this Days Inn again. They allow there guests to be ratchet. Then when you try to complain they threatened you with the police.

Didn't like the way Hotels.com reserved the room from Thursday midnight to Friday midnight.....only to find the Days Inn offered different accommodation time...found lots of LONG BLACK HAIR in my bathtub when I showered this morning, so hats off to the housekeeping staff.

Room door handles to the bathroom and toilet was broken so got a new room found a bedbug in that one and left.

the building needs some updating and the front desk person could have been a little friendlier, but all in all for the price it was good.

This hotel is a pain to get to . It smelled like cigarettes so I stopped by a store to get ozium to get rid of the smell. The bathroom needs remodeling, it was old and felt like the walls and tub was ready to come apart. The room was dark, no matter how many lights I had on, keep your curtains closed bc you get a lot of people walking by trying to peep in. The concierge was nice and took care of my check in. I didn’t get a chance to check out personally bc I had to leave earlier than anticipated. Would I stay here again? Maybe, if need some place quick and in a hurry like I did in that moment.

The room have a bugs climbing up the walls. There was no remote control. Only two little pillows only I washcloth the my wife had to share. I’m very disappointed

The only issue I had was the people going in and out slamming the door half the night.

The room was very clean,the bathroom was also and the bed was comfortable

I came into the room it smelled dank. I used the bathroom and used a towel to dry my hands. I turned the bed down and sat down to eat. As I was eating there was bug on the wall. I killed it. Tired from driving I continued to eat when I see a bug on the ceiling. I immediately grab my things and check out. I had been in the room less than half an hour. They canceled my reservation but didn’t return my money because I “left the room dirty”. I used a towel to set my hands and turned the bedding down. That room was “dirty “ when I arrived. I went down the road to spring hill suites and was treated with respect and the room was phenomenal.

The staff is always friendly and rooms always clean and peaceful
