The Westin Los Angeles Airport

Large airport hotel with limited services . Breakfast service starts too late at 8 am for early airport travelers. Good bed

Pictures of the room were misrepresented. I paid for the deluxe room that was supposed to include a large living room sitting area and breakfast for two. Instead I got a standard room with a small two seat couch and a $25 gift card.

Didn’t worse it

First room smelled like cigarette smoke, they got us a new room, but people were smoking next door and it would come through the air vent. Very frustrating. The non smoking needs to be enforced.

We selected this Hotel for the first time because of the onsite location of a zip car. The Hotel is huge with lots of people coming in and out. But once you get to your floor, it's like a ghost town lol. The room was clean and nice. An hour later the floor- 7th became alive. Doors closing every five minutes, people talking in the hallway,music and eventually the smell of weed😔I requested another room to exchange in the morning. And not only was security sent to the 7th floor, the staff was amazing! We were sent to the 12th floor- president, club members floor. What a difference. Would I stay here again? Um the traffic of people is too much for my families comfort. But the staff I would take with me everywhere. We usually stay at the Aloft in El Segundo- at least 3yrs. And the staff at The Westin should train the staff at The Aloft lol.....very professional

Amazing hotel experience for the price. We were in town to take our dog for his six week check up after surgery and it was so nice to find a hotel as comfortable, affordable, and conveniently located as The Westin. We will definitely be returning because of the comfortable beds, huge rooms, and the fact that our puppy gets to stay for free as well.

This was the first time i had ever stayed at this hotel. It was different from the other one i usually stayed at. There was no microwave, utensils, or dishes for us to use which was off putting at first but it didnt put a damper on our trip. The room was cozy and the tv and bed were huge! I forgot to mention the lobby, grand! The employees, awesome! We enjoyed our stay and the fact it was close to the airport gave us extra time to spend together before i had to go home. I would definitely go back. 7.5/10 is my final rating! Great hotel.
