How they don’t give you heat and the Jamaican manager a bitch

Nice hotel in great location close to family and northeastern univ. You need to ask for more shampoo and towels.Nice reception area and convenient on-site parking under the hotel. They had a ramp for handicap chairs (thumbs-up).

We were in Boston to see a show at the Opera House; have dinner; and browse the shops.

It was expensive to pay for parking , which I was surprised guests had to each day. But they have a great pet package. Amenities listed on hotels website did not match what’s actually in the room, but it was ok. Had to walk far with the dogs. Overall good price, comfortable although simple.

The location is good. Everything else was merely adequate. But the price, now that was phenomenal...as in way too high. Lots of stairs, long halls were long hauls. We tired travelers just wanted a place to sleep. No breakfast.
