Other than the person at check-in, the staff especially, the housekeeping staff, were extremely unhelpful. Had to argue daily just to get enough towels, trash never emptied, one of the days they never cleaned the room. The carpet in the room was so filthy that we had to wear shoes to walk around the room or our feet would be black like we were walking on blacktop. Pool was closed, no breakfast as advertised. Very disappointing.

Before booking our stay, we called to ensure our cat would be able to come in as we were traveling from PA to TX and this was our half way point and we were told that he would be allowed and the site also said pets were allowed. Well we showed up to check in and were told our cat was not allowed and tried to say we weren’t told he could stay.

Check in was very friendly and easy, however, she did let me know that when she saw the booking come in for non smoking king there were none available. Only smoking room with queen. It was late so i asked for a can of Lysol and went to the room. Naturally the room smelled like an ashtray. The carpet at the door was tattered and heavily soiled. The bed looked clean enough. Next morning noticed just how filthy and not maintained the room was. Hole in bathroom wall from door knob, fridge missing temperature adjustment knob, microwave door covered in mystery stain, very dusty surfaces and other "dirty" stains. The cieling in the shower was filthy and after showering I ran the soapy washcloth across it and the stains came right off. They need to fire the housekeeping staff, repaint, recarpet, replace appliances and the rent out rooms. The only good thing about the room was that I saw now bugs

Chose this hotel for the location and price. Very disappointed overall. Pool was closed, needing repairs over the popular Memorial Day weekend. Rooms were somewhat clean, but older, in need of renovations, and had a weird smoky smell. When checking in, I asked and was told there was no problem splitting the bill in half at check out. The night before checking out, I again asked that bill be split and both credit cards were put on file to do this. Again was told that yes, it will be no problem. Checking out next morning, a different staff person stated she knew nothing about this and said bill was charged out to only one credit card on file. Nothing was done to correct this and staff person just handed me a business card with manager/owners phone number to call if I wanted. The customer service was very poor and I will not stay here again.

Room was clean and as comfortable as could be expected considering the age of the hotel. There was a smell in the room.

Terrible. Hotel was over booked. Was charged by the hotel and Hotels.com. Room cost 130+.

The stay was okay. Quick checkin and check out, clean rooms. Everything was better than expected except the Faucet did not have enough water pressure in both rooms we had booked. The wasn't addressed even after we called and reported it. Also, there was no breakfast served as noted on the Hotels.com
