Selina Tulum

The staff was so friendly. I actually fell down the stairs and needed a pair of crutches, and they were able to order them for me and delivered them right to my cabana. Very nice people

Selina is a beautiful property and our room was lovely. If you stay here Monday - Thursday, I'd give it a 4 star. The included breakfast was good and the staff were mostly friendly. However, we were here for the weekend and came to relax -- sadly that was not an option as the hotel has a restaurant/club on the premises that blasted music until after midnight both Friday and Saturday nights. Saturday, although the music ended by 1am, the drunk clubbers stayed on the grounds, making a lot of noise until about 2am. I like to get up with the sunrise and this just didn't work for me. I gave the hotel feedback but clearly they are prioritizing the club over the guests. Also - considering what's happening with covid, I was distressed to see such a crowded party - it's reckless.

Rooms are very spacious and clean. Staff at lobby wasn’t so informative upon arrival, although at the bar and restaurant they were very professional. Beds weren’t too comfortable. If you don’t mind sleeping with music, and people chatting until 3-4am this is the hotel for you. Other then that you won’t be getting much sleep. As far as location it’s close to everything, and the beach club was nice to have.

I had payed for a beach front room and they ended up giving one that was on the bottom but with all the construction and palm trees I couldn’t see the ocean. It’s what I payed for and I would’ve had find it fair to move me because that’s what I had and thought the room had and that’s why it’s more expensive.

El proceso de pre-checking es muy largo y toma mucho tiempo, no es "contact less".no vale la pena. El servicio por parte de la empleada no fue el mejor al recibirnos. No nos sentimos bienvenidos. El cuarto es grande, còmodo, pero habìan bed bug. Tuve que sacudir la sàbana. El servicio en el estacionamiento fue excelente. El desayuno incluìdo es bueno. Una noche cerraron las facilidades por la celebraciòn de una boda. Nos tuvimos que privar de servicios y de utilizarlas. La picina està cerrada por remodelaciòn. Las sillas de playa hay que rentarlas o tener un mìnimo de consumo. La ubicaciòn es excelente, puedes caminar y/o rentar una bicicleta al lado del hotel.

It's my second time in this beautiful hotel and I am definitely coming back! Everything is amazing here the rooms, food and service. I just love it!

Amazing staff, beautiful beach, good restaurants and nice rooms

Our first time visiting Tulum and Selina’s was the perfect place to make our experience unforgettable. Beimar at the front desk was helpful and friendly! The place is beautiful and in a perfect location. I definitely recommend and plan on going back.

The hotel is amazing! The location is prime walking distance to shops and restaurants/bars. Loved that the hotel offered bike rentals. Also I took advantage of the laundry service great price and fast.

One of the best stays I’ve had in Tulum. The pictures don’t do it justice. WiFi was the best as well, highly recommend for digital nomads, solo travelers and couples traveling.
