Didn't like the breakfast selections. No warm food. No spoons available for cereal. No flavor for coffee. Only one trash can in room

Great as usual

This is a recently renovated property with the potential to be great, but it seems like anytime you get a good deal, there is a catch. THE BAD: I had no hot water in the bathroom, neither the sink nor the shower. Bathtub faucet was leaky & broken. I was awoken at 5:49 am by a group of 3 loud occupants in the room across the hall going in and out of the staircase door and having loud, argumentative discussion. Then I smelled weed smoke & the subsequent, prolonged spraying of air freshener. The grab & go breakfast was useless (a piece of fruit & a fruit bar). Also, checkin was sketchy because the girl asked me for a cash deposit, which I refused to do. I told her to put it on my credit card, but she discouraged that because she said it could take 7-10 days to go back on my card. That is customary, and it usually doesn’t take that long, but it felt to me like that attitude invites troublesome guests, which of course I later encountered. THE GOOD: The room itself was nice & the bed was super comfy. The location seemed safe & had easy access to I-55 & was near plenty of places to eat. MY OPINION: If i managed this place, I’d keep the place nice by charging $25-$40 more nightly to keep trashy people away in an effort to maintain the remodeling that was done.

The Staff is amazing and welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable. I travel for work and will stay here every time I come to Springfield! Great location

it was a good place for w quick get away with the wife. we used the hotel as you place of leisure and comfort food hike

The staff was awesome and the room was very clean for a reasonable price!

Very clean and comfortable. Mostly updated though tub area could use a little improvement. I had everything I needed and was able to get breakfast that was included. This was just a one night stay and worked well for me.

We were all ready for bed after driving fir 4 and 1/2 hours and turned the tv on it didn’t work. Tom also smelled of cigarette smoke. We were switched to another room and wiped everything down with Clorox and my hand and the Clorox wipes were stained black from cleaning the tv remote and we ran out of toilet paper in the middle of the night. Reported all this to front desk and gave them the black Clorox wipe. I really would like a refund.

Room was clean, good bathroom, enought towels and pillows. Standard breakfast very convenient. Hotel is experiencing renovations but I didn't hear any noise nor notice any dust.

It was a good stay
