So everything started well. Staff is friendly.. but the breakfast was wayyyy too crowded, understaffed, and not at all what was expected. In the room, we put some food on the table.. came back a few hours later and BUGS were everywhere! Disappointing stay..

I need to do laundry and the front desk woman was very nice and informational. Breakfast was awesome! They pretty much have everything you could want for breakfast!

Awesome stay, awesome price with awesome service
I normally do not leave feedback/reviews; however, as we were packing our truck, my husband told me “make sure you rate this hotel and leave a really good review. Customer service was great.” So here I am ...lol. Our rate was the weekend was about $130 a night and from the moment we walked in customer service was awesome. The women at the front desk were warm and friendly, the manager let me know she’d be there all night and not to hesitate if we needed anything. The room was smaller than the usual Hilton double queen rooms but very comfortable and very clean. Plenty of towels. We needed more for the next few days and there was no problem receiving them. Breakfast was awesome!!! Very fresh!!! Lots to choose from!! It was a pleasant surprise and a very welcomed one! We grabbed breaskfast every morning there and it honestly eliminated us having to go anywhere else. There was ole ty and it was served from 7 am to 10 am. Perfect for us! We saw the manager mopping several times! My husband jokingly told her “do you always Mop?” She was a good sport and stated she liked having her hotel clean for guests. There is only one elevator and it takes a bit, but if you’re on beach time, well there shouldn’t be a rush. The pool was open til 10 pm. We asked if there was a curfew just in case and we were told as long as we were quiet and no one was disruptive we could be at the pool pass 10 o clock. That was nice...we never made it u fortunately. I would definitely stay here again!!
