One hiccup
Beautiful property... check-in was a bit painful as we were given the wrong room key, and had to wait for security to show up to let us in the room for the night.

We got there early at noon and knew that check in was at 4. I asked the receptionist if she could call us when our room was ready and she said NO, that the house keeping staff were overloaded and that the room would not be ready before 4. I can not believe that no rooms would be ready before 4 and that she wouldn’t call. Very poor costumer service. There was no phone, no bedside clock, no luggage stand to put your luggage on. Lights were very dim to trying to save on electricity. Spend a little more money and stay somewhere else.? We have stayed there before but not again.

Air conditioning unit noisier than a motorway/freeway. Don’t forget the amenity charges for the breakfast and pool which is included in the initial price. Parking fee too
