ARRIVE Memphis

Our stay at ARRIVE was AMAZING. We loved everything about it. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The style of the hotel was beautiful. Someone did an amazing job of designing it and filling it with incredibly helpful people. We will look for an opportunity to stay at another ARRIVE location as soon as possible!

This is one of the cutest hotels we've stayed in in the US! The decor was beautiful and there were lots of fun details like the "do not disturb" light at each door and the Memphis-themed music quotes at the landing of each floor corresponding to the floor numbers. We also loved the location and the free convenient parking in the garage behind the hotel. Once we arrived, we left our car in the garage for the entire length of our stay because we were able to walk to all of our favorite spots in Memphis (Wiseacre's new taproom downtown, Loflin Yard, Ghost River Brewing, Gus' Fried Chicken, Central BBQ, etc.) We will definitely stay here again the next time we're in Memphis.

Lovely hotel!!! Classy and super convenient to everything

Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Room was immaculate and beautiful. View was phenomenal (could see the Lorraine Motel (Civil Rights Museum) from our window. Check in was easy, check out was easier yet. Parking was a little rough as they have an unattached garage that wasn’t well marked, but was close by and reasonably secure. Really great stay from start to finish.

Probably my favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my travels. Could have been a tiny bit cleaner, dust on some of the fixtures and things in the corners, but overall an incredible hotel and a fabulous experience!

It was a beautiful place with great

Very comfortable, swanky and exquisite boutique hotel situated in desirable location, close to important museums and a wonderful river walk recreational area. Everything was great from check-in to check-out.All the staff members were friendly, accommodating as well full of hospitality. My studio room had the view of downtown buildings, contemporary design with chic accessories like Marshal amplifier contactable to guests devices (like laptop or smartphone) as well one of the most comfortable bed with luxurious bedding. There is a lounge downstairs servings high quality cocktails prepared by skillful mixologist as well coffee shop serving delicious coffee and morning pastries.I would definitely come back to the place!

The bed was the best part. Very comfortable. The service was horrible, no valet even though it's posted online that there is. The front desk lady completely ignored the question about the valet multiple times and repeated her phrase on the parking garage. The garage was a block away and left wide open unguarded all night in an alley way. Very little space to park. Wouldn't allow food delivery to room, nor bring it to our room herself. No phone in room, no coffee or plastic cups or anything.

Amazing and would recommend to anyone.

Very very nice hotel the only downfall is that there is no parking. The parking garage closes at 10 pm ad you vehicle is locked in until morning. Also, the street parking there is barley any. The parking garage is located 3 or 3 blocks behind the building.
