Days Inn by Wyndham Market Center Dallas Love Field

When I booked there was only one room typed smoking which I then indicated on note that I would prefer non smoking. I got a smoking room that just smelled like an ashtray. I ended up keeping the bathroom vent on the whole time to help wtih this. Also do not like how the rooms face out to the parking lot, didn't feel so safe considering it's next to an abandoned building. They just need to put an air purifier or something to the rooms. The bed and pillows were okay, a little lumpy. I was so tempted to check out and stay somewhere else but it was a quick trip and I just made do of the meager amenities.

Worst experience of my life. First I was given a smoking room when I had booked nonsmoking. The clerk argued with me that I booked smoking until I showed him my confirmation printout stating nonsmoking, then had the nerve to insist that my room was nonsmoking even though it smelled like smoke and had ash trays. Everything was dirty and worst of all my door didn’t lock. I attempted to try to stick it out until morning with furniture pushed against my door but I couldn’t and left in the night to sleep in my car.

The room type that I requested was not available when I went to check in so I ended up with a room with two double beds. It’s frustrating when you’re traveling and you don’t get the room you requested.

It was overall, good. There was an overpowering smell of Lysol in the room, and the carpet toward the back of the room was moist. Staff was friendly, and it was otherwise fine.

Quiet, clean, friendly location. A quick walk to Denny’s next door is awesome. Lyft to any destination very close. Walk, train, close to stuff. Outside needs updated but inside is great. Would stay again.
