Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa

This is a gorgeous hotel with a beautiful lobby. Unfortunately, there is basically no beach, which is not the hotel's fault, but does impact the experience, if you are looking for a beach experience. The waves almost touch the hotel bulk head so there is no walking on the beach, siting on the beach etc. The some of the team are pleasant but definitely seem bothered to do their jobs and have poor attitudes. The gym is very small with almost no access. The team members working in the spa are borderline rude. The restaurants are of but nothing special. The beds are so hard as my family members who prefer hard beds were even miserable. I would definitely not return.

We went on a girls getaway with four of us and we thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The hotel was beautiful and kept up perfectly yet not stuffy. The food and drink were spectacular as everything is so fresh. This is my Jam cocktail is incredible. The poolside/beachside staff were very attentive and friendly. The resort was top notch and we will definitely be back again. Thank you for making our stay so delightful.

Overall it was excellent. A few things could get improved. The room was super clean, but our sink was chipped, and you can see that we did not get a great room (not sure if they put the people who book through hotels.com in the "not that nice rooms", although I paid the same amount per room as on the hotel's website. Igor at the front desk was super nice, but I wish they will tell you about all the amenities, instead of me asking. I had to ask about the $50 hotel credit and the $25 beverage credit because i am gold member, otherwise i would have missed on that. The pool food service slow. I waited over an hour for a crudité plate, and they told us they will not ask us to pay for it, but it was under our room charge. They removed it when i realized at the check out, but what if i would have not paid attention. Again, the hotel and service are excellent, but small improvements are necessary.

The resort is very accommodating & superb ! The staff is Amazing including the manager Jason who goes above & beyond to help you! I went for rest & relaxation & enjoyed every minute. Go to this resort you will LOVE it!

I really enjoyed my stay at Eau. They cleaned the room twice a day. The beach attendant Wesley brought us paddleboards and snorkeling gear. He also made sure we have everything we need at the beach. We are definitely coming back to Eau❣️

The property was AMAZING and the staff was spectacular! The beaches were pristine and miles and miles of tranquil oceans. The food was so good that we rarely left the property. We are already planning a trip in a few months to stay again. It was perfect.
