Our room was very clean and we loved the bed and pillows. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was great except they stuck us in a handicap room. My wife would have enjoyed a tub.

We are truckers and stay at hotels across the country. We have stayed at this hotel several times due to being located next to the truck stop. I reserved our hotel room online and had my id and credit card for deposit ready. The girl at the check in counter seemed annoyed that we had a local drivers license and she refused my credit card and demanded a cash deposit. I told her that we have stayed before and never had to pay a cash deposit. We wanted to use our credit card and she refused. Thankfully we had cash. We didn't get a receipt for the cash and when I asked for one she said it's noted in the computer and then proceeded to tell me that it was up to me to remind the clerk at check out to get me my cash that was just in an envelope with my name and room number on it. This is bizarre! She demanded cash with no other option. Then the clerk made it a point to tell us she put us on the 3rd floor because it's "nice and quite up there". to then be woken up before the sun was up to what sounds like a daycare full of kids running back and forth. With the amount of people that was staying there there was not only no excuse for having anyone above us but especially not small children who are typically given rooms on the first floor so that they can run without affecting anyone else. We then proceeded to checkout the next day and typically we just drop our keys off. We then remembered that we had to go get our cash back. Upon walking in I had to wait at the counter and wa

Good stay with a pet room. Rate for pet very good. Room clean and good comfort comtrol.

Hotel smelled dank. Exterior doors didn’t work with keycard even after getting my card rekeyed. Scheduled room service didn’t happen - had to request again the day after. Tissues weren’t restocked. Computers were very old, outdated, and slow. Will not stay here again.

Very spacious, clean. Just renovated. Bed is new and very comfortable for people who like firm beds. Friendly staff. Morning coffee needs to be hotter.

I go to this hotel often and i am def inpressed with the hospitality that has been given towards me. Dalila has went above n beyond for me and my bf several times to make things convenient for our stay. Shes always so friendly and happy to help. Thanks doo much Dalila I appreciate all you do!

Overnight stay. No frills. Unlike Twin Falls, they had everything shut down & a brown bag breakfast to go.
