Located next to a grocery store and across the street from stores/restaurants so very nice to just walk across the street for dinner. Quiet at night. Newly renovated rooms.

Dirty, loud, everything was a old and outdated and needs a serious renovation. No staff ever around. Add a pool....is the DC area....hot, hot, hot in the summer damn.

We didn't have a good experience.
The take away breakfast options were pretty mediocre.
Our room, 217, was right next to the elevators, and the door to the room doesn't block a lot of sound. So we overheard a LOT of conversations.
The hotel should either enforce the masking policy it does have or get rid of the policy. The awkward in-between of having signs that say masks are required but then a lobby full of maskless guests who aren't reprimanded doesn't make sense.
The second floor hallway also needed to be vacuumed.
Our room itself was fine (other than the noise).

Light from under the door
Good hotel but didnt have hair dryer in room.
Hot water in shower became cold☹️.
Light and noise from the hallway from under the door because there was no plastic on the bottom of our door.

Clean and Friendly
Everything about this hotel was excellent. There was absolutely no frills, but the room was clean and Comfortable and the staff were wonderful.
My only issue is that somebody siphoned my from my tank gasoline in the parking lot. I know it wasn’t their fault, however there is very limited site to the back of their parking lot for security.

A Few Disappointments
Your facility is gorgeous, and the rooms were super clean and comfortable, but I was a little disappointed in a few things. 1) the Second layer of towels was stained with something brown and/or rusty. 2) You guys were a bit stingy on the coffee supplies in the room- limited options. 3) The way you're handling breakfast may be necessary due to Covid, but it didn't go a long way toward making me feel valued as a guest. The lack of coffee service in the lobby was especially hard to cope with. It made the rest of my day a little harder. I love staying in places that help prepare me to have a great day.

GREAT place to stay
The hotel staff was AMAZING in their friendliness, kindness, and willingness to help our family have a great time. Special shout-out to Ron at the front desk who consistently went above and beyond to show us fantastic hospitality.
