Copthorne Kings Singapore

The room was adequate, clean though in need of re-decoration. The only staff who were pleasant & helpful was the reception team. I ate breakfast & dinner in the restaurant but didn’t find the staff particularly helpful. You were left to find things for yourself. Bar staff were unpleasant & rude. If I go back to Singapore I would choose a different hotel. Have stay in other Copthorne hotels which were much better

Not to be used as a business hotell. Rooms are dated. Had to change twice. Will not stay again

The hotel is not near any MRT station and it is a bit run-down. The breakfast is also so so. But the service is acceptable.

Small, dingy, smelly room. Unfriendly staff. :(

I will start by saying that the staff were all very nice, helpful, and were pretty efficient. The rooms were clean and bed was nice and comfortable. But this is a very dated hotel and really not worth 5 stars at all. The breakfast, wasn’t terrible but it was what I would expect at a 3 star hotel. The bar had a live band but the place itself had a musky smell so we didn’t stay for drinks. Even though we were tired, we walked over to Robertson Quay to have dinner/drinks. Overall a very very dated hotel.
