Quality Inn & Suites Near the Theme Parks

Great room and location near universal studios. In walking distance to restaurants and shops. Free shuttle to the park. Would stay here again.

Nice big parking space, and spacious rooms as well. Comfortable beds, and friendly staff. Walking distance to Universal/Citiwalk/Hard Rock/Islands of Adventure, and almost every fast-food chain thinkable within spitting distance.

I was in room 109 - it is on the ground floor near the lobby and was much too noisy - at night you could hear people continuing to come in. Of course there's nothing the hotel can do to keep people from talking so loud at 1am! Who does that?! Do they not even think someone might be sleeping?!

I have connected wifi problem on the night I arrived, I asked the front desk who didn't know how to do it and handed me a business card to call the hotel IT support, I called and left message and nobdy return my call. Second night I asked for some tissue {obvious the housekeeping did not know there's only i tissue left while I left in the morning), Nobody delivers and I need to get it from the front desk. Third day there was no TV due to signal/other problem for hours.

The room for our stay served its purpose perfectly. We stayed here for our trip to Universal Studios (US). It was very close, you could walk there. However, we still took Uber, which was very inexpensive. The hotel offers a shuttle to US, but we didn’t want to wait as they only go at certain times. They will also pick you up a certain times as well. We didn’t spend much time in the room. We really only sleep there, so it was fine for us. The pull out couch was a bit noisy to sleep on and don’t leave anything personal on your bed or they will not change the sheets or make it (no one told us until we received a note on the bed as to why they didn’t touch it). The breakfast was fine and there we plenty of options. They stated it ended by 9 am, but was still going after. Which worked out great for me (not an early bird). We didn’t use the pool it fitness room, but both appeared to be cleaned and maintained.
