Yes to every request. Couldn’t have been more accommodating. Even with the restaurant closed, the staff was very helpful.

Fake advertisement. They don't provide shuttle services. They ask you to call for pick up but never answer the phone or when they do answer, the system sends you to an option that hangs up on you after making you wait for 1h on the phone. It was a terrible experience waiting for 1.5h at the airport after a long flight during COVID. We finally ended up taking a Marriot shuttle thinking that it would take us to this hotel but took us to another Marriot. Their concierge was kind enough to call our hotel and ask if they could send the shuttle to pick us up there but they refused and asked us to take a cab and go back to the airport. They would only send a car to the airport if we would call from there. The most absurd service I've ever seen. We gave up and took an Uber. When we asked about the shuttle that would take us to the airport the next day, they said that they didn't have one at the times that we needed and denied paying for our transportation. Terrible service.

When I showed up the poor single attendant had a crew of construction workers taking his time to get rooms. Then when I got up to the counter he told me they had to change my prepaid room from a single king to two double beds.The elevator was out of order, walked up stairs to the 4th floor. Then find out there was a second elevator in the back of teh hotel. Then go to my room, tired after a 4 hr drive, and see two construction workers walking around by my room. And the door is propped open, The slide lock is almost off. I fixed that to feel safe. Go to take a shower and find the shower curtain is off the rod. I could hear the people next to me talking until almost midnight and feel them slam against the wall a few times. When I check out I had to ask for my breakfast that I prepaid for and got a box of miscellaneous food.

El ingreso era a las 4:00pm y me entregaron la habilitación a las 5:00pm. Solo con un disculpa sin nada de retribución, creo que deberían tener más orden en cuanto a sus horarios ya que llegue a la hora por compromiso y llegue tarde

The staff was very friendly and accommodating the hotel was quiet. Will definitely stay again.

the Hotel need some update my room the carpet was not cleanouts, was not breakfast i stay for only one night. bed was great for rest
