Booked 3 rooms. One was dirty but we were immediately put into another room. Stay was great and I would stay again

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I was unable to enter my room EVERY SINGLE TIME! Key cards kept resetting or door was broken. When asking front desk for help they were rude and not helpful what so ever!! Asking if I knew what I was doing when swiping the key card into the door. I ended up checking out with a total of 10 key cards that never worked!! Things happen, I understand, but the rudeness of the front desk was the most upsetting part of it all.

The lock on the door didnt work so we had to prop a chair against the door. Other than that it was clean.

I lost a $112.00 on my trip, I checked out a day early and the young lady at the desk confirmed that I was completely checked out. Before checking out I called hotels.com asking if I would be refunded and was told that I would be as long as I was checked out before check out time the day prior. The following day I receive a call about my 3 day stay,I told the manager that I checked out the previous day and he argued that I did not. After calling Hotels.com they told me the manger refused to give me the refund stating I did not check out when I said I did. If you stay here and decide to leave early make sure that you are completely checked out and if you can, avoid David the manger he is is extremely rude and does not care out his guest at all!!

Hotel is very run down. The pull out couch was unusable. The couch bed had been broken before arrival. When we did get the couch to pull out into a bed, the mattress was stained and damaged. We reported it the front desk and they were very friendly and replaced with a roll away bed. The room ceiling also had a pervious leak and the spackle was falling off. The restroom shower curtain was barely hanging up by two small screws and had to tell my children to be careful not to pull it down. The room over all was very large with a small kitchen. It worked for the short period of time we stayed, 2 nights, and we were basically only in the hotel to sleep. The staff was amazing, very friendly, and quick to help. It was conviently located to anything we needed from stores to restaurants. Would we stay there again, probably not. The biggest issue is it is the building needs some major up keep and replacement of damaged furniture. Many other options around that looked cleaner and kept up with.

No grab bag for breakfast as was listed when i booked. I was told mgr. Ordered it week ago but hadnt happen. Then why was it still on web as to go breakfast included.? This is one of 3 requirements i always have prior to booking. Also No recycling bins anywhere. Its 2021 get with the loss of environment people! The fridge sounded like a chainsaw, causing sleep deprivation.

It was ok, the staff great, room was clean, feel run down, NO POOL, NO BREAKFAST even though its advertised. The A/C took a while to cool down the room. We left a day early, wanted a hotel with a pool.

The hotel seemed a bit old, the sofa bed didn’t have any sheets or covers and the chairs were dirty. The furniture definitely need to be replaced. It also had an old smell in the room

We lost power one night. The room was ok, but a little worn out, so was the entire hotel. The hallway flooded one day. I must say that the front desk peeps were helpful.
