Comfort Suites North Dallas

Outside was run down, inside was a little better, just outdated. This does not usually matter but it made things feel dirtier than they may have been. Also, our toilet clogged but was a simple plunger fix. All I saw for breakfast was some pre-packaged pastries and coffee, but I did not inquire if we missed anything else. Positives are how big the room was! Had a living room section too.. And the bed was very comfortable, we both slept great both nights. Overall an ok place to stay, you must take into account that this was on the cheaper end of places to stay..

Hotel service was great. Rooms are starting to show some wear and tear. Overall, for the price, we were pleased.

First off our room keys didnt work when we got up to our room. Then the refrigerator was broken. They came and fixed it. Then about 3am i got bit 4x by bed bugs!! The bites swelled in a matter of minutes. I has to scrub myself in the shower and put my pajamas in a plastic bag so i didnt bring them home with me. My boyfriend and i stormed out of the hotel at 4am and went home. We will never come back !!!

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean. It was only 9 minutes away from the appointment for my husband.

Because of the coronavirus pandemic restrictions, we did not get to experience what was supposed to be a nice buffet breakfast. There was a limited breakfast. So this is an incomplete. Otherwise, the bed was nice and the room was quiet. We were disappointed in the shampoo / conditioner. There was only a tiny combo bottle for the room. Really? Also the TV menu did not work so there was no possible way to see what shows were showing without manually going through each channel. Very laborious and aggravating. Not helpful when we were tired without much patience. The CC worked and was easy to turn on. Bonus points for that!

My issue with my stay is that i have yet to have my security deposit ofc$150.00 returned to me. I do not understand the delay because my balance was 0.00 and the hotel staff stated that i should have gotten it back by now.

Clean room, great breakfast, friendly staff, location is right on the edge of a bad neighboor. Parking lot is well lit at night, take valuables inside, was concerned about ppl walking around from the corner store.

Great experience. Clean, friendly good breakfast!

King room was more than enough. Being next to the highway made it kinda hard to sleep at night but it was nice everything was just down the street
