My car battery died and the staff came to my rescue they gave me a jump. I would definitely stay there again. Food,drinks,beach very good. The room was very clean and large .

Amazing location - Right on the beach, great restaurant, bar over-looking the beach, nice pool.

I was looking forward to a weekend getaway that didn't fulfill my expectations compared to the price you are paying. You can easily find an apartment rental and get more for your money. The hotel location is their biggest strength. We did our check in around 10pm and I guess we got the leftovers. Most of the hotels rooms have a view or a balcony. Ours was just in front of the avenue, right across the fire station. We really enjoyed the sweet sound of sirens during our stay. Elevators were broken so the workout was also therapeutic. The pool is in the middle of the property so expect noise until 10pm when the pool should close. There is NO mask policy enforcement. Meaning you are required to wear a mask but if you don't nobody will tell you anything. The room was as average. However, I do have three main observations: 1. The carpet was dirty and needs an update. I short walk around the room will be equivalent to walking barefoot in the lobby area. 2. The coffee machine was the worst coffee I had in long time. 3. Staff should have more attention to detail when cleaning the rooms - crusty vomit around the toilet area.

Just an awesome stay overall. Very quiet and comfy. The ocean view was awesome and the amenities were nice as well. The beach was quiet.

Even though the weather was not as sunny as we would have liked my husband and I had a very relaxing time at the Crown Plaza. The view is great, the food and drinks yummy and we felt right at home. Thanks for another stress free visit!

Beautiful hotel, clean room, clean building, clean grounds, very friendly and helpful staff. Extremely pleased with hotel, would definitely stay again.

Super sketchy place. It is actually two hotels. One side is not as bad, but if you book here you will likely end up in the "other hotel" which is a walk-up, outdated, not clean, and does not have the things listed. Also it is $20 to park per day which is not mentioned. And when we got there and the room was different than what we had booked they did move us for a fee and to the worst possible room right above air conditioner for the entire complex when the hotel was at about 50% capacity. Garbage cans on the floors were full and unchanged in the common areas. Staff were not wearing masks and the mask "rule" that is posted on the front door of hotel was not being enforced. Skip it. Spent an extra few bucks to stay in a condo on the same beach. This is a falsely advertised situation.
