Extended Stay America - Corpus Christi - Staples

The room was very roomy, bigger than I expected. Very clean, I enjoyed having the small kitchen, too. I brought my own coffee pot since I had read in previous comments, when I was making my reservation, that there wasn’t one in the room.

Stayed two night didn’t clean my room on the second night. Didn’t have creamer with flavor with day

Very bad experience. I booked two rooms of 6 family members because it says they provide the breakfast. While checking in, we knew that they don’t provide any breakfast. The hotel with a big name & a website that we trusted should not cheat the customer this way. Before we checked out being disappointed, we were suggested to complain the website so they can refund the money. Before we 6 family members go and give our bad experience reviews about the hotel & a website, we like to listen from them. We want to see how they take care of the customers who been cheated. Very very bad experience.

The room smelled. The AC unit leaked. Told them to fix it. Never did. The continental breakfast was a joke. Want my money back.
