Yellowstone Lodge

Prachtig grote kamer met grote zitruimte MAAR heel jammer dat badkamerdeur bijna tegen je knieën komt als je op wc zit (komt vaak voor bij Amerikaanse hotels)

First off we reserved a king room but got a queen instead. Beds were quite hard and heard footsteps from above and voices/tv from both sides pretty much constantly at night until 1AM and then started again at 5:30am. Nothing really set this place apart from any other place and the cost was not that much different from other, nicer places. The pictures made this place look better than it rally was. The hall smelled like trash that had not been taken out...probably from the trash can at the end of the hall that was overflowing our entire stay. Parking was on the street or a small lot around back which was clogged up with trucks and trailers for snowmobiles that left 5-6 feet between rigs (great use of limited parking guys!) Overall, not very impressed with our stay. We were happy to checkout and return home.

It was a quiet off the main road hotel. Great price for this area and had all you needed in a hotel. Would go again

The guy that was working the night we got in was great! We were tired from a long drive and he made sure we had everything that we needed.

Hotel was fine but nothing to brag about. One of our lights was burned out and had to be replaced, then our key card stopped working. Walls were thin, so neighbors kept us up, and the sack breakfast was more like a lunch.

Great location in West Yellowstone and close to the entrance to the park. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, including allowing us to change our reservation last minute. Great service!

I know during COVID it has been difficult. However the staff could make it a better experience if he would have told us to gather our own soap, shampoo, cups and coffee before going to our room. Not impressed with the staff. The breakfast sack was nice but the banana in my dads bag was rotten. You might want to check them especially if they have been bagged for a while.

Just ok. We only spent a night. Not a very comfortable bed but its okay.

I have never left a bad review before, but I was just so disappointed with this hotel. The hotel smelled like an old wet towel, the service was, well, terrible, the room was out dated and in need of repair, the pillows were unexplainable, and the bed moved and creaked anytime I moved. i would not recommend this place to anyone.
