6/10 Bueno

It was big, spacious, modern. Good value. There were issues with simple stuff though, that there really shouldn’t have been. There were 4 guests booked, but only two sets of towels provided, no linens for the pullout couch, half the daily care amenities were simply missing, and there was one (1) soup for all of us to share and that was a 99 cent soap pump for washing your hands. I didn’t know I had to bring my own soup??? I could have, or just brought the soap the other hotels provided to this one when I checked out to continue using? Then there were plumbing issues, I had to call and ask about the internet instructions, There was only one small tv in the place, which is interesting considering it’s a two bedroom suite/apartment? 4 guess? So, overall, I have had much better. I travel a lot. They could have knocked it out of the park easy, but failed on some very basic stuff, especially for the price and the fact that there is a $100 fee added to the stay. I would think it would be used to identify some of the low hanging fruit here and proactively address it? Ie. If there is a readiness checklist, it’s not being used, and it should be for a $100 “fee” that is tacked on to the nighty rate quoted. If I had a smooth experience, I wouldn’t have an issue with it as it is standard for these types or properties. But, there were way too many issues that didn’t make sense to me. Could have & should have been better and was easy to do. Not convinced I’ll use Westhome again. 😕
