The accommodations were not up to par to say the least. Room had a mildew hidden spray down and the couch was completely spolied with stain spots throughout. There was no way I would touch the bed. After going to voice my concerns the mod told me the manager tomorrow will have to cancel my reservation of 5 nights and I could be subjected to one nights stay. I called the manager the next morning and not only did he not cancel my reservation because it was prepaid he said he won’t refund any of my nights. I will never recommend this place to anyone!!! Drug dealers were hanging outside by the grill sitting under a tree. Occupants literally had to bring dirty towels to the office in order to receive clean ones. The moral of the story for me is “you get what you pay for” which was completely no way of knowing by looking at the pictures.

Never got room cleaned requested everyday also the bathtub was filthy the first day we came in bathroom was nasty it was no more rooms available so I had to wait for front desk to come clean

A very comfortable room with all the amenities one needs to enjoy ones stay in the Miami area.

Nice and celan and Good atention

Service was terrible, very low maintenance, TV issues all the time, very old appliances, you had to asked for everything and anything you needed. Food very restricted, hardly any to offer for breakfast, machine juice dispenser was broken. No security whatsoever the entrance doors to the building didn't work, you didn't need the key to have access to the building. Terrible, terrible. I don't recommend it at all and I will never ever make reservation ti stay there again. Rather sleep in my car if necessary.

The room wasn’t very clean hair and a dead bug were on the bathroom floor. The door of the fridge also really dirty. And one of the pillows had a black smudge. Also the shower head dripped all night. In the end I only stayed one night and found another place to stay for the remainder of my trip

From the beginning it was very disappointing the experience at this hotel. Upon arriving at the room we realized that it had not been cleaned, the bathroom, we called to ask if we could change the room or clean it and none of the options were possible depending on the person at the reception saying that the next day we were going to change rooms. So it was our turn to clean the bathroom that night, tired, and ask them to give us a new set of clean sheets which we had to change it too. The next day she touched the housekeeper and I told her that if I could stop by to clean the bathroom they hadn't and told me she couldn't get in to clean. I called the front desk again the next morning and was told they were going to call me to confirm the room change, I'm still waiting for that call. Security leaves a lot to be said, because the door facing the parking lot and the street can be opened by anyone without having to have the room card. At the end of my 5 night stay and I was never called to clean or change rooms. The same afternoon I checked out, I realized that I had left my cell phone charger plugged into the bedside table lamp and called to pick it up, and the person who took care of me, with very little kindness, by the way, told me that she had no way of knowing if I had left anything, because the cleaning people were gone. He called the next day and again, uns kindly, they tell me the same thing, to which I claim because they are supposed to already have my information since

Saw different types of bugs in the hotel room so we did not want to use the kitchen to cook. Found a dead roach. Countertops were dirty with yellow film found on the paper towel. Huge gap between the AC and wall where bugs has an entry way. The bathtub had a weird elevation that would shift as you changed positions- very dangerous as I would lose my balance when I had my eyes closed. Water dripped. Through the wall and there was a puddle despite ensuring a good seal with the shower curtain. They did not leave extra toilet paper, paper towels or trash bags so had to constantly get more. No security, anyone could open the doors into the buildings. Breakfast was one person grabbing various items for 1 guest at a time, reexplaining what food they had over and over again- not a good use of time. The computer did not work for the 1 week I was there. The front desk was able to print for me at least. Good space but carpet looked dirty and gross. Would not recommend. Couldn’t wait to leave.

It was not what we expected. The bathroom was dirty. The tub was not cleaned and the toilet was leaking something blue.
