Lovely views, hotel staff all very helpful, enjoyed dinner in the restaurant. Nice room, minor point to be aware of, balcony had a bit of road noise if this matters to you.

The hotel is stunning, with modern spacious rooms and fantastic views of the beautiful town of Positano.

The staff was so helpful and amazing from front desk to waiters and bartenders. I would definitely go back to this hotel and highly recommend it. The location was perfect. Bus stop close by and not far from beach and shops. Positano is a great location to visit sorrento, and towns of Almafi and Ravello. Loved our stay. We can’t thank you enough.

Nice hotel with a great view, however, the walls and ceilings are very thin and you can hear everything from your neighbors. When booking a suite, you should expect better than that. In addition, the hotel has no gym, except saying so and stating it - so be aware of that

Wow, wow, wow. I was very skeptical when making the reservation because it would be my first time spending the night in Positano. Hotel Eden Roc did not disappoint. From the minute we stepped foot on property until our departure. The staff is amazing. So kind and friendly. The rooftop restaurant, service was excellent. The breakfast attendant runs the service like you are a guest at his house... so polite and thoughtful. Very engaging and he will feed you to death... trust me it’s a good thing. I loved every bit of my one night stay. The view was amazing, very very clean. My guest was truly impressed. I will go back every time. I’m in love with Hotel Eden Roc. I manage a hotel and for a hotel staff to teamwork on that level and with service of that caliber, the management team is just top notch. Excellent service! Kudos to all the staff I met and even the one ones I didn’t meet. I’m sure they were off somewhere around the property doing good and God’s work. I hardly leave reviews but this was just so amazing. I recommend to everyone.

This was a superb place in every respect. The staff were phenomenal, the food great, the location and rooms wonderful. Awesome in every respect. Can’t wait to go back.

Absolutely fantastic. The reception was excellent and the staff were phenomenal. Tony in the restaurant is an amazing human being and made our day. The food is exceptional and the view from our balcony was to die for. Overall a superb experience.
