You are not booking a room in a hotel. This is important to consider. You are booking a private apartment in a residential building. There is no on-site staff, entry to the building is dependent on the intercom at the front door working (it wasn't when we showed up, but a tenant let us in).
The listing claims you have the option to add parking. You do not have the option to add parking if you are booking 706, you are on your own using either meters outside the building (metered hours 8-6pm daily), or using a nearby parking garage or lot.
The upstairs hallway smelled strongly of pot, though this was not present in the apartment. Outside can get noisy, it was loud enough to set off the noise detectors in our room. Yes, there are noise detectors in the room which will notify the management company if they are triggered during quiet hours.
You will be asked to load and run the dishwasher before leaving. Check-out is very early (10AM) and any extra time will incur a fee (and must be arranged the day before).
Minimal supplies are present - no bath mat, no hand towel, no tissues. They did supply coffee pods for the Keurig (we also left unused ones we bought while we were there).
The bed was comfortable, the TV was great, the network was reliable and fast. I was generally able to find nearby parking, though having to move the car during the different hours of availability wasn't the best.
The location is excellent, and many attractions are easily walkable.
