I asked for a room near a door , so i could take my dog out easily. The room was next to an exit, just great. The 2 ladies that greeted me when i checked in were very nice and efficient.

The outside of the building needs an upgrade. We were glad to see no smoking signs. However, cigarette buts on the outside need to be cleaned as well as trash. Room was in great shape including the bathroom. Showers were clean. Breakfast was simple and was glad to have it. Miss the waffles and eggs. Hopefully, next year will be covid free!!

It was “ok” considering the price we paid. The rooms are renovated and beds were comfortable. But it smelled stale, our room had a trail of ants climbing the wall and the guy at the front desk was incredibly unfriendly. Never greeted us at check in or said thank you. One would be comfortable there but I personally wouldn’t stay again.

The room was okay, clean enough. The breakfast was dismal. The staff was friendly but I stayed on a day when they were heavily booked.

There was barely hot water each night and the beds were not comfy at all pillows were hard as a rock and there Continental breakfast consist of a plastic store-bought container donuts opened !

It was a nice clean place to stay other than the window bench was covered with ants and I didn’t realize it until after I noticed the next morning that my purse was full of ants. The gentleman that checked us in was not very friendly. When we asked him where things were located he would just point instead of actually telling us where things were.

Awful experience staff has zero customer service room had old food in fridge and black mold going up the wall when I asked about a room change staff at desk told me it was impossible and the she would have someone wipe down the wall that it wasn’t a big deal asked to speak to a manager and he refused to come to the front to talk to me they finally offered us another room but not before saying I would have to pay to get a different room when I refused they magically found another available room

You guys took my money book my room from my home 2 hours away when I got to my destination nothing was never canceled until I go into the hotel and the guy could not find my reservation I checked my emails there was nothing showing canceled I checked my bank statement you guys took it $174 off I called hotels.com and the lady was very rude to me and said there was nothing she could do that you guys flagged my account I've used you guys plenty of times before and never had any problems but I will not be using you guys again the representative was very rude to me and my husband and I had to call family to send me some emergency funds until you guys finally funded my card because the lady told me it was going to take 24 hours this was a very bad experience because me and my husband was practically stranded at our destination and no one could do anything to help me because she said my account was one account that could not be gotten into and looked into that I've never heard before in my life

The room smelled musty.The shower drain was clogged and we ended up having ankle-deep water after a shower. I could not control the AC. It was. It was freezing. I had to put a blanket over the AC unit to make the room comfortable. The cable did not work. They gave me a code to reset it, which worked to get the guide, but we couldn't access any channels. The shelf under the TV was so tilted we couldn't put anything on it. On a a better note. The bedding was clean , the staff was courteous, And they did give us a small discount on the room
