Quality Inn

Good, basic hotel. No restaurants in walking distance, but easy to get to any in the small town. Bed was new and in good condition, too firm for me but hubby was comfy.

Breakfast was not so good.

The room was clean and ready for us. The staff, however, was less than helpful. No wifi password was given to us, and when we went down for breakfast instead of doing her job (there was no coffee made, condiments were missing, etc...), the person in charge of the breakfast stood in another room chatting with other employees. Another guest that had hotel experience made the coffee and put the pot back together so we could get some. Unacceptable. I have stayed in Quality Inn hotels for my whole vacation and never had this bad of service.

The HOT breakfast (biscuits, gravy, waffles, eggs - available until 11am on weekends!) was great; the pool was relaxing. It was REALLY quiet! Didn't hear people in the hallway or other rooms. Only issue for me was the beds - they were like a waterbed; stiff sides and centers that swallowed you. I'm sure others find them wonderful, but not me. That was the only thing in an otherwise very relaxing stay.

Was here for one night to visit family. It was clean and convenient for our purpose.
