Maid service was not upto expectations and fruit at breakfadt was not fresh. Desk help was nice, beds fine

They should provide written instructions on checking in, as to how to access their internet. I had to go back down to front desk to get understandable instructions. Need more electrical outlets, particularly near desk and the bed.

This was a great hotel. We got caught in a snowstorm on our way home to NJ and a lot of the hotels were booked. I searched for hotels in Hotels.com and found this hotel. After I booked it, I called them and spoke to the front desk just to confirm my 1 night reservations, which she did. She was so friendly, courteous and accommodating. When we got there, the check-in was fast and easy. When we got to our room, we were pleasantly surprised how great it was, it was spacious, had a modern decor, clean and beds were comfortable. The breakfast on top of it was also great especially the waffles u make. I would stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice older hotel, needs to be redone but comfortable, nice staff and basically clean EXCEPT, the trash was not removed from can under the desk and leftover food was in the refrigerator. The food in refrigerator was a huge mistake.

Only picked this hotel for the indoor pool and Jacuzzi. Both were out of service. Neither customer service nor the management cared to explain or try to rectify the situation. They told me they would update the website and inform the management.
