Great location, friendly staff, clean and tidy room. Good value for money. Only complaint was that the bed was on rollers and the floor was vinyl, so everytime someone moved in bed the bed would move so not a great sleep.

Positives -the location was very good and the staff was very friendly. Negatives - an older hotel that could use updating and new carpeting. Overall - nothing special. It'll get the job done but don't expect much else.

Not good for Perth Summer
I booked a 2 bed appt for 4 nights.The description stated that it was air-conditioned. However there is no AC in any of the bedrooms ( only the sitting/kitchen area). The decor was very dated but appt was clean. Reception staff told me there is only 1 appt (superior 2 bed) with AC in bedrooms and I was told to speak to the manager the next day. Turns out the manager was on holiday and I was told the superior 2 bed was now unavailable despite it appearing as vavailable on hotel.com when I looked! I was offered an identical appt with the same issue and was told that nobody had ever complained about the lack of AC before! Very disappointing.

Great location, totally disliked you pay $29 a night to park on premises. This does not encourage any local or WA people to stay with their cars. Have to go off and find parking close enough and pay a daily rate which when added to the room rate doesn’t work out so cheap at all.
