Eccleston Square Hotel

The staff is very kind and helpful. My room was comfortable with great technology, but I do wish the hotel provided wash cloths. They only have bath and hand towels. Location is convenient and within walking distance of several wonderful restaurants in Belgravia.

Great hotel in an excellent location for getting around London! Loved the high tech touches in the room, especially the phone. We took it out with us everywhere and the directions were always spot on. Love that you can use it for so many things- from making FREE local and international calls, as well as order room service. Great shower, very helpful staff. Absolutely loved their cappuccino and the breakfast was so good. With luggage, it took us about 5 minutes to walk there from Victoria Station, so getting around was a breeze. We especially appreciated the waiter at breakfast, super nice, and I'm going to mess up his name...Nuno, Nemo, Nemo, really friendly guy from Portugal. He was so helpful getting us settled in our room and showing us how to use all the features in the room. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

the smallest room ever seen

The hotel is in a beautiful and quiet location overlooking a gorgeous park. However, it is also very close to several theaters, restaurants and the Victory Metro Station. The room was small but perfectly equipped, posh in style and had a very comfortable bed. The breakfast in bed was delicious and just what we needed as a little get-away. I highly recommend this hotel.

This is a petite but a really nice hotel! Has very friendly staff and great location close to train and bus stations. The rooms are small even to European standard, but has plenty of amenities; it has message bed, international power plug adapters/usb chargers, complimentary water and coffee, and a cell phone that can be used for free of charge.
