La Quinta Inn & Suites Houston-Stafford/Sugarland in Stafford

The hotel room itself was very nice with great channels and great wifi. My only big complaint is that it took them about 30 minutes to find a room clean enough for us to stay in. Though the staff was very friendly I was disappointed that they didn't have more clean rooms.

I visit Houston monthly and know the area well. It is relatively safe--it's Houston you know--and standard average hotel. Would do it again and they have frigs if you ask for one.

The hotel was run down. It could use many updates. You could hear kids running up and down the halls at 1am. There was water in the elevator and multiple people called about it and it took them awhile to clean it up. The bathroom was DISGUSTING I wore shower shoes because you could clearly see the dirt on the shower curtain. Also although the reservation states you will have a microwave and refrigerator but the front desk says you have to request it. I put my request in at check in and did nor receive one the entire stay. Needless to say I don't plan on staying here again. I typically like laquinta but this one reminded me of a cheap hotel.
